The hotel was clean and quiet. Nice modern room with quality linens. The staff was wonderful and accommodating.

They are great there. They always treat us special and the front desk staff is wonderful! The breakfast attendants keep the area very clean and well stocked. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy at night, but that could be because we live in Hawai'i and we're not used to that environment. However, we feel very safe while we stay there. The front desk is always staffed and they immediately open the door remotely for their guests.

The hotel was great for my lay over. Well appointed room with a comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. A little noisy but that’s to be expected from an urban location. Would stay there again.

I have just had my worst ever stay at a hotel. I booked the hotel near JFK airport so that I could get some work done and sleep before the 8.20 flight to London. I was unable to do either due to the continuous noise that plagued my room. First of all the mechanical car parking machine with 3 or 4 levels for cars was being used every 5 to 10 mines throughout the evening and up until 12.30 in the morning. As this finished a lorry outside made a continuous loud noise, of which I have a video of. I laid in bed unable sleep and complained three times for which the only response I had was “well there’s nothing I can do”. Disbelieving me. he sent a man to listen to the noise who agreed it was extremely unreasonable. I was so frustrated I ended up having to leave the hotel at 2am

Staff were absolutely fabulous, great customer service and the hotel was clean with a good breakfast. There are no attractions anywhere nearby to go to and noise from outside traffic filters through the thin windows. Overall best one we’ve been to in NYC so far

The room and pro was very clean- and staff were great! Very limited options for dinner- there was one Asian restaurant across the street in the next block that was good, but that was the only place. I would stay here again, especially for flying out of JFK- free shuttle to the airport.
