Nice Hotel for the time we were there

In room jacuzzi did not work. Staff had no other options and would not discount the rate

First room we were given had a leaking toilet. Next room was ok, but not as clean, stocked, & organized as I would typically expect. We've stayed here before, but not sure we'll be back

This hotel is worn down and GROSS. Body hair ALLLL over the shower, room was worn down, Pool was un-heated, and furniture was rusted out. Will never stay here again. The only Brightside was the front desk staff, they were extremely helpful!

Wonderful!

We booked this room for a one night stay prior to a medical producer the next day. Sheets had stains on bottom, roaches crawling on the wall and had to push very hard to get the door to lock. Not worth the stay for us.

Excellent Checked Right in No Problems

Great place to stay, everything you need within short drive and nice area. Friendliest Staff you will find at a hotel, awsome people!

Wonderful Place.

The hotel itself is actually nice. Beds could be replaced as you could feel the springs in one of them. Me and one of my kids (sharing a bed) both got bites the first night but couldn’t find any evidence of bed bugs. The indoor pool was too cold to swim in. The greatest reason for the poor review is how the hotel staff handled other disruptive guests… or DIDN’T handle them. The room above us sounded to be kids who must have been doing gymnastics up there. They screamed and banged until 4am despite several calls to the front desk and them telling me it would be handled. There was also a couple on our hall fighting at 3am. The noise from upstairs restarted again about 6:30am. We ended up leaving a day early knowing there would be no refund but we’d at least be able to get some sleep somewhere else. When I told the front desk that we were leaving early she seemed to not care and just said “yeah overnight said they ended up calling the police to talk to them after getting multiple complaints.” To TALK to them???? Make them leave!!!! I suspect the were kids on the Little Rock school bus that was parked in the lot outside. If I could add the videos of the noise, I would!

It was ok!

It’s was clean and quiet but the pool was dirty and didn’t get to swim, the food service was false advertising. I had to walk to pub W for drinks and dinner then door dash desert. I did not get breakfast they only had eggs and cheese for 10 $ extra . I was highly disappointed! They claim they have a menu room service and even order and go. They had two options for food not what this menu stated and that’s my main reason for staying here. Plus the indoor pool which was not swimable. I even called in advance to make sure it was good. It was not. Will not be back.

The staff and air was great, appreciated free coffee all morning too. Toilet wasnt working, fixed almost right away. Wifi was down, back up next day. Shower door was off but usable. Phone beeped on its own constantly until unplugged. Pool is shallow and shower in it does not work. Overall I found my room very cozy and well stocked, just getting on in age.

There was long black hair on the shower wall and floor of shower. Not sure how housekeeping missed it!

The hotel smelt like there was a gas leak. It was clean enough, but the restaurant/bar was closed. The room itself smelt musty. There is limited and no hand towels or washcloths.
