Beautiful location. I would definitely go back. The only reason that I did not rate it an excellent stay is because I had gone online and saw that the Copper Rock Steakhouse was open on Mondays and then when I got there they said it was closed. The buffet is not open Mondays which I get, the pool and pool side restaurant was closed which is common sense. Food at the Kankakee grill was very good, the service and staff were phenomenal. My only issue is that I had planned on going to the Copper Rock and specifically looked it up on the website to make sure it would be open and to be honest, I would not have booked my reservation had I known it was closed.
