We stayed here for our family trip. We were on the 3rd floor in 2 queen beds. It wasn't a big room, but it's not like your gonna be dancing in the room or partying. Others complained about the outside noise, but we didn't have a problem. If you do have a noise problem, you can turn on your heater which made the room super toasty. We didn't use the AC since it's winter. The restroom was big and there was no mold as other posts said there was. It's close to the Marina where there is a lot of eating options. Parking was included! There is the reg parking lot and also more parking in the back. We will definitely stay here again!

Newly renovated interior. Friendly front desk. Great location for Ghirardelli Square and Fort Mason. Free parking. Super comfortable beds. Highly recommend!!!

This hotel is in a location close to Fisherman’s Wharf, about 1 mile and easy walk. The room is very nice, very modern and clean. It is one of the few hotels that provide free parking inside the city. The outside looks more rundown. The elevator is not easy to use so we ended up using the stairs more. We do feel it is safe here. All in all a good stay.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Probably the best price in regards to value in SF. The front desk staff was super helpful but also incredibly friendly, going out of their way to give us excellent advice about visiting Union Square. To take an Uber to avoid the Christmas traffic congestion. The only minor downside was the slight noise from outside, which, understandably, is beyond the hotel's control. Despite this, the overall experience was great, making this hotel a solid choice for anyone visiting the area.

Perfectly decent stay, the hotel is clean and the service is good (free baggage storage for a few hours after checkout)! However, the windows are a bit thin and the hotel is next to a main road, so there is a bit of noise at night unfortunately.

Great location. Everything we wanted to see wasn’t that far. Either we walked (we are from NYC so we walk everywhere) or the buses were nearby. The hotel was clean and wonderful staff. I would stay here again.

Pleasant accommodations and friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was within walking distance to Fisherman’s wharf and other local attractions. Maybe they will provide full continental breakfast in the future. Highly recommended!

Hotel igual a fotos, buena ubicación, parqueo con disponibilidad y sin carg exta. Lo unico malo es que se encuentra entre dos calles muy transitadas y si se escucha el ruido, sin embargo nosotros pudimos dormir. En frente hay un mini- market que lo saca de apuros a uno. Un par de restaurantes a una cuadra y gasolineras.
