We absolutely loved our stay at this unique hotel! The staff was very welcoming and informative. Super cool and vibey lounge areas and bar. The photo booth is a nice touch. Our only complaint was it was very cold in our room and could not change the thermostat. Not a deal breaker but uncomfortable at times.

Great location and vibe. The staff was great. We would have liked to have had access to more drinkable water without having to go down to the bar or gym, and a better heater in the room. It took two days to get our room to a comfortable temperature.

Front desk was helpful in letting us check in early. The room including the bathroom had extremely dim lighting. There were weird stain on the curtains and the pillows were smelly. The hallways smelled like sewage. Then at 6 am housekeeping decided to vacuum the hallways on a Sunday morning waking us up. Decided to leave a whole night before my checkout without asking for a refund, I just needed to get out of there.

The room was really small and a bit cold but for the price I really couldn’t be upset. I didn’t come expecting a full service luxury hotel and I left very happy. The hotel itself is really well decorated and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location was also a huge plus as everything was walkable despite the low temperatures outside. Overall a very positive experience and would love to stay here again.

Love the vibe here and the staff is excellent. Very cool cocktail bar and neat decorations. Room was a bit small and cold, but location was fantastic and great value for money.

The hotel is retro, throw back to 70's-80's in design. There are trendy bars on the property that are popular. The location is good with close proximity to shopping, attractions and restaurants. also close to a subway stop.
Overall the facility is worn around the edges. The walls have poor soundproofing and noise from adjacent rooms and hallways transmits into the room. The heating units are noisy and did not warm the room adequately. I am 65 and I was clearly the oldest person staying there that I saw. Most guests appeared to be in their 20s-30s.
I stayed 4 nights. On my second night, guest in the adjacent room were loud and rowdy and I was unable to get any sleep. I called the front desk three times to complain. They sent security twice. The next morning I requested a room change which. The desk manager was very accommodating and the new room was nicer than the first though the room heater still did not heat sufficiently.
The price is very reasonable but the issues of noisy rooms would prevent me from staying again.

In the first day when we were resting in our room someone used a card and entered to the room!!!! Long story short ; the hotel staff forgot to assign the correct card to our room. It could be so bad if we were not in the room . Room is very average; don’t expect so much. Not bad for the price tho .
