A little getaway for my wife birthday weekend.The rooms were as advertised on the app clean spacious and quiet.This will be my spot from this point if not booked out

Stay was amazing. Check in was perfect. The toilet didn’t flush but other than that the stay was great. I loved being able to watch the sunrise from my room.

The penthouse was nice. Fantastic balcony. (Little sterile feeling because of all of the marble, but nice). Then we noticed the heat wasnt working (it was 60 degrees inside). Went to desk and was offered extra blankets (it was 11:00pm, so that was fair (I guess) but should have offered different rooms/discounts. Said would be fixed next day…needless to say it wasnt. So next night I went to desk to demand another room. They gave one that was fine, but severe downgrade. Did they offer any compensation???? Of course not. Look, Im sure its fine if all is working. But it wasnt and they didnt really seem to know what to do about it.

The stay was fairly good. Check in was very easy and quick. The girl that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The parking was good but the ramp was very narrow. They weren’t full so there wasn’t a problem finding a parking space but if it was busy finding a parking place would have been a problem. Our phone in the room didn’t work but we didn’t need it but overall our stay was pleasant.

nasty customer service hotels . com advertised a room which i rented tha they didnt have. was put on 12th floor she said you guyys choose this floor an room for me. would not refund, charge 50.00 she said was resort fee but nonthing was open but the pool. there was a lot of actitivity going on in the parking lot right in front of check in loud noise an curssing all night. other guest complain but they did nonthing. the worst stay l ever had. something was on the floor which looked like poo tried to tell her but she hung up. there was also a 150.00 hold on my card. i really would like my money back, i have booked with you a long time an never seen nonthing like this before.the picture on your sight does not exist they have no murphy beds.

Seriously outdated. 2 bedroom with no doors. Tiny bathroom. Horrible smell. Paper thin bedding. Broken toilet call front desk she said maintenance didn’t come in till 10 which is checkout time.

The stay was pretty nice . Our room was on the first floor luckily. The elevators did take take a while but the stairwell was right by our room. We had 4 kids with us and the room was a great fit ! Will definitely stay again

AWFUL!! I left within one hour of check in. There was urine on the floor, smelled like feces. It felt unsafe. I would certainly not go back. It is no more than a motel.

It was comfortable beach right down stairs and pool however the parking area was small and the lower area scraped the hell out of our car was very dangerous to drive over even going really slow and at an angle I would park in the additional parking and walk across the street to avoid damage to vehicle
