Room seemed clean but saw 2 roaches in the water park. “Quiet time” is between 11pm and 7am. Guests in the room above ours clearly didn’t care about that. Our stay was in Jan. For an indoor water park, we expected the temp to be warmer. It felt like air conditioning was on and water in the pool and slides for toddlers/younger kids was very cold. Our kids had fun but we won’t be returning.

We were originally given keys to someone elses room. We were given another room which was not what we booked that smelled like smoke and a phone that didnt work. Tried to resolve it with zero help

I liked the water park and the games but what I didn’t like is the fact that some of the games in the arcade was broken and when we gone to eat breakfast it took a while for us to get service and when we sat down we didn’t get plates most of the time or an amenity that comes with the food.

It was a great stay for kids wish the bowling alley was a bit bigger and also maybe had some popcorn and pretzel bites to purchase closer but over all nice. Hopefully in the summer there are more food options maybe different cuisines to change it up for those staying longer.

2nd time staying here, the lighting in the rooms were broken, and the ones that worked were very dim. Also they could pay a lil more detail to cleaning. Had hair under sheet covers and on towels. Other than that we had a good time here

I was very disappointed that I was charged $21 for parking because I only stayed one night. When I was checking to book the night, it said in the amenities free parking , but when I got I was charged . I know it’s not a lot of money but it’s the principle and also given how much I paid for one night, it wasn’t cheap, it was close to $600. And they charge you for a parking. Very very disappointed. Also the room phone wasn’t working. I had to use my cell phone to communicate with them.
