Great place if traveling with a small dog. A lot of green areas to walk and bags provided for clean up.

Although the Hotel was being remodeled, it was clean and not uncomfortable. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

We are a family of three plus our golden retriever. Our daughter is 9. We selected Hampton Inn and suites because it had good reviews and they claimed they were pet freindly. We arrived after a 9 hour drive and the young man working the desk was rude and had no real clue about anything. He acted like he didnt know where the bathroom was. He didnt tell us how to get to our room, where the dog area was to go to the bathroom, but was sure to tell us that our dog was not allowed in certain areas and that there would be fees if our dog damaged any areas. The facility was under restoration which would of been nice to know. The first night we got a call saying we were being to loud. We were on the third floor with a nine year old and a 3 year old golden retriever. Not one of the faculty even addressed our dog, to me pet freindly means exactly that. Be welcoming of dogs, make there owners feel they are welcome. We did not feel she was welcome. The second day the young lady working the front was much nicer. Over all was a okay place to stay but if you have a dog you might look around.

Very clean, comfortable room. Nice mattress, breakfast, hot tub, staff. Very pleased.

The staff and building conditions even under construction are phenomenal but the area was a little sketch. I’d stay again I felt very safe and entire staff was excellent. Thank you for a great weekend

Great place to be

Was being remodeled and water was out.

At 1:40 am in the morning the smoke detector in the room started beeping every few minutes. When I called the front desk, I was told that he was just supposed to watch the desk and check people in. I asked him what he was doing to correct the problem and was told he didn't know what to do or who to call. There was trash piled up in the parking lot; though they just went through a storm other motels in the area did not have trash piled up.

Could use some TLC but it’s a nice hotel. The breakfast was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints

The refrigerator was not working, the evening front desk lady was not nice and wanted us to charge everything to our room and refused to let us pay for snack items. Pool was nice. Breakfast was not good needed to have better options and make sure food was out at all times. Went to get breakfast and it was all gone. Best go to Whataburger for breakfast.

The halls and room were filthy and the smell of mold made you nauseous as soon as you opened the door. There was hair and debris all over the floor and in the tub. The towels had dirty spots on them and the linens wreaked of urine smell. We told the front desk and they didn't seem to care. They didn't address the mess or dirty linens and suggested we run the faucet to make the mold smell disappear. This was the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in.

Overall it was a good place to stay. The halls and room were humid. There was a bit of a musty smell in the hall. We just kept it a little cooler to help with the humidity. The cleaning ladies were very helpful, nice and friendly when I needed towels and such!!

Good location right off highway easy access to close by dining and shopping

Conveniently located near our destination. Helpful staff. Good price.

I really was sooooo comfy in that bed! I did not want to get up the next morning. The people were very courteous and helpful, especially Monique when I checked in.

Room door keys didn't work in two different rooms.

Staff was very helpful and professional.

All in all a good experience. Had room key issues initially, but was resolved.
