Hampton Inn and Suites Savannah/Midtown

We left a downtown hotel that was too noisy. We did not know this location was under renovations. Very loud most of the day.

Location isn’t the best however property and price id amazing. Just far enough away from downtown to not have to pay the outrageous prices but close enough to Uber or Lyft and not brake the bank! Deff will stay again when in Savannah

I’d just say this was a mid level place that was way over priced.

Unprofessional. Mumbling and never gave me eye contact no smile. I felt like I was disturbing her.

Everyone at this location was very nice and it was clean!

Breakfast was excellent!

There was mold on the shower doors. Not many towels in the room. The breakfast was fantastic!

To be fair, Hurricane Helene arrived the second night. Even so this is not a convenient location to enjoy Savannah

Hotel was clean and up to date. Free coffee and the breakfast was average but adequate. Area around the hotel was congested and parking in the garage was extra, but was close to Hunter base and dining options.

Clean, and a good location. Restaurants within walking distance.

It was such a nice stay. the breakfast was delish. we travelled with pups with no hassle!

I always enjoy staying here. The pool area was a little too hot but other than that everything was perfect.

Key system was inoperative. Staff was extremely busy and helpful with accommodation for the problem.

The facility was super old. The key cards weren't working and every time we wanted to get into our rooms we had to wait on someone to come up and open it for us. No one in the lobby could help us to get a taxi--they didn't even attempt. Terrible experience--never again !

Service was excellent. The staff was nice, helpful, and friendly. I loved the convenience of the parking deck. It was a quick walk to get back into the building from it. The pool and other areas that were provided were all close together, so it wasn't any trouble to go down to them to use. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean. The hotel was also very close to many restaurants, the mall, River Street, and other nice places to visit. The only downsides were the orange juice and sausage at breakfast as they tasted very strange. The AC would also cut off randomly when we'd wanted to keep it on all night. Overall though, our stay was enjoyable! I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future.
