Clean, friendly staff

The free breakfast was not stocked well and we had to go to a restaurant for breakfast as we were planning on eating at the hotel before we checked out, besides that the rooms were clean and staff were friendly.

Stay was mostly good. Hotel was clean. Cons were the tv didn't work past channel 15, bought a soda from store area & it was expired by 4 months, complimentary breakfast had no hot food at 8:15 am and even after several guests waiting over 20 minutes, nothing was ever put out. When we arrived the morning of our stay, front desk clerk was also in the kitchen area working & was wearing a Champion sweatsuit which is a tad bit unprofessional. When we did check in, we were helped by a male clerk. It was a quick interaction with no personality & only one key given because they didn't have enough.

We were there for a short one night stay. When we went down in the morning for breakfast there were no eggs, bacon or potatoes. Apparently there had been for one service but then the ovens "broke" and were never back in service. No one else got anything else to eat unless you wanted a waffle. We went down at 8:30. Not like we waited until the last minute. Their other hotel in the same chain was right next door. Why didn't anyone come to help? Then at checkout we requested a receipt. Couldn't get that either. They couldn't print anything because they had no ink. Seriously! Although they apologized no one really seemed to care that the entire hotel full of guests was being short changed. There was no sense of urgency to try and resolve the issues. Next time I'll stay at the other hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. Loved the dpacious bathroom. Liked having a mini fridge in the room

Stayed here 2 nights because of high reviews. Booked a King room, was placed into a room with two doubles. They overbooked their King rooms, which seems kinda wild. Had no answers for a solution but to use one of my beds for my bags and the other for sleeping. Breakfast options were limited and low stock on what they did have.

Clean, close access to food, nice atmosphere

We had an event at the convention center. It was a very convenient stay. Everyone was very helpful. Breakfast was great.

Needs more parking. We had to park in the Bob evans parking lot.

Room was clean enough. It needed more than one chair. We got an extra one from a common area. Inconvenient, but the staff was helpful.

We had a long stay for the holidays with family. At check in we were told our room would be serviced every other day. It is also posted in the room. We got service twice in 12 days and only because we asked. We talked to the front desk 4 times and got service twice. We had garbage overflowing and needed new towels. We dropped off a broken hair dryer which never got replaced. Breakfast wasn’t replenished either. The rooms were fine and was fairly quiet. We had stayed here before but sadly won’t be returning.

It was easy, fast and good stay

Was locked out of lobby whenn we arrived. Elevator doors were disgusting. Heat barely worked Toilet pipes made loud noises when flushed Leftca day early

Perfect location for my stay. Clean, comfortable, staff was great. Really good breakfasts, and coffee all day. My only negative, was the dorm room sized refrigerator. I bring my own food on trips, like my beer, and have business items that need refrigerated. Had to ask staff to put some things in their kitchen freezer, which they happily did!

Check in was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area around it was quiet. Shops are nearby.

The young man working the front desk - 1) Never picked up the phone when I tried calling the front desk from my room - I then attempted to dial the hotel main line - my call was picked up and before I could utter a word I was told to "hold" and placed on hold - 8 minutes in I decided to get dressed again and head downstairs - when I arrived he young man was chatting with another man - paused to let me know he was helping another guest which was why he never picked up the room call and had placed me on hold for what was then 9 minutes! Next night I just wanted to add a candy bar to my room tab - same young man was initiating onversation with the people in front of me while checking them in while a line of 4-5 people built up behind me. Quite frustrating. Also - my room wasn't cleaned from Thursday night through Sunday morning despite a note in the room saying they clean them every other day??

We enjoyed it completely. It was exactly what we expected for the area we had to stay in. Staff was very proactive and polite.

It was easy to get to from where we were celebrating Thanksgiving, safe, clean and friendly. Thanks Raphael for not giving away the surprise. We always enjoy a stay at Hampton Inn.
