I liked the comfortable bed - not too soft but more firm. I like firm. The personnel were friendly and helpful.

Our rooms (3) were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. We especially enjoyed the nature trail around the small lake behind the hotel.

The room was very spacious and clean. The lake view was a plus!

There is a nice walking path at a park that is adjacent to the property. Also the room had a lot of outlets for our electronics.

No hot water at the bathroom sink, shower head too high to adjust, bathroom doors badly designed and they hit each other, dated decor was stiff and uncomfortable, bananas on offer were weird tasting/color, terrible coffee machine in the room. Nice towels and comfy bed.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and the staff has always been very polite. The rooms are clean and it’s in close proximity to many restaurants and shopping.

The property is beautiful. The only complaint I have, is that the sofa and ottoman chair could use being replaced, as there were stains on the seat cushions, and the sofa bed creaks and makes noise every time you sit or get up. On the other hand, the bed was great. I had the best night sleep I had in a long time. Staff was great also,and the property and trail was beautiful

The property is older but in good shape. Nice pool and relaxing area, ability to walk around the pond/lake outside of the hotel. Clean comfortable rooms and little things like water, coffee, tea, fruit in the lobby area. Close to dining options and easy access to highway.

Upon our arrival to this hotel. We were a tad early of the check in time. We walked in and saw the hotel worker behind the desk. She did not say hello, welcome rather than very rudely said "you can't check in until 3 "we are full! and gave us a look like what were we doing here. When we finally get our room, it is not the one I chose from the website. I was told I made reservations with a third party it was not their problem. Then the breakfast was a joke. food was nasty, little that was out. Out of creamer for coffee and apple juice was pretty much water. Room was dirty. Floor in bathroom dirty. Walls dirty. I WOULD NEVER PLAN A STAY HERE EVER. It gets better, the same rude clerk we saw the first time, checked us out and asked us if we wanted our receipt emailed. We said not we would like it printed out. She said I can't do that since you booked 3rd party! WHAT IN THE WORLD. YOU TOOK MY MONEY. I PAID THERE AT THE HOTEL. THIS ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS TO BE REPORTED. I AM SO DISAPONITED AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT! THIRD PARTY!

Upon checking in, we open the door to our room only to find it smelled heavily like to smell, fighting the entire property being non-smoking. We cannot be switched to another room, cause it was sold out not a very pleasant staying in our room. Other parts of the property were also lacked cleanliness
