The best extended stay hotel we have stayed in McAllen, very clean and there is no ugly smell, our sofa was broken
so they brought back another one immediately, we had an incident with the dishwasher and they came right away to help, best attention ever, we are definitely coming back

Disappointed with room, front desk and maintenance service. Paid for a 2 bedroom suite and was only able to use 1 restroom because maintenance was not able to fix toilet problem, front desk didn't know what to do and no hotel manager was available to assist 😕

Clean, spacious, convenient room. Good value for families 5 . The few cons: the sofa bed is not foldable bed, is a roller cushion that is no very comfortable. The fridge did not work properly. The hot water was warm, at rush hours was not hot at all. The check in process was a bit slow and could be improved.
Overall good value and besides the very picky cons, is a good stay.

Toilet didn’t work properly. Low water pressure in the shower. There was a little bug on the bed. And couldn’t sleep, there was so much noice in another room and people running outside the room.
