My needs were met: a day to myself

Thank you my stay was good.

Felt very unsafe in the area.

This hotel is not at all how it looks in the pictures. It’s in an unsafe area and I did not feel safe at all. The hotel charges for everything including the use of the tv remote. I really am surprised that Expedia provided their users with this hotel option. Please think twice before booking.

This property was horrible. It didnt look anything like the photos. The chairs were torn. The dresser drawers were broken. The air conditioner was damaged. The window was broken. There was graffiti written on the walls. I was supposed to get a rollaway bed. They didnt have any at all. I stayed in the casino to early morning hours to avoid being in that room. Not to mention thw towels dirty. I have pictures to post to back up my saying.

This Highland inn is the worst hotel we ever stay in when coming to san bernardino/ Highland would never recommend to famiy of friends ..bathroom hads mode in bathtubs no bathroom door handle,we had a ceiling attic in roof,big gap in front door had to put towel under door so bug or rat could come under door ,my sister room her front window was busted , no clean towels or leaning for the bed?, it was just horrible,i didnt get any sleep worried about something or someone coming in..dresser was broken n didn't open ..WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

Watch out for this hotel if you pre book with them they charge you automatically out of no where

Furniture outdated, bed sheets stunk line cigarette, too much noise from next door all night. Found little animals behind cabinets..

People smoking outside my door, towels stained, floor not cleaned, beds hair on them, shower poorly fixed, the soap they provide it’s from the sixties, the place is a big Nono.

Old and Outdated

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel had sex trafficers and drug dealings happening while we were staying there. After an incident with a women that was being abused the cops where called to check on the women. After we came back from a day out there was a person working as a look out while men kept coming in and out of an upstairs room. We noticed he had pulled out the women to confirm if it was me that had seen her being abused. She then confirmed it was me and told him that it was probably me that called to police. At that point we no longer felt safe and had to leave the HELL HOLE HOTEL. The management definitely is aware of what’s happening in the rooms as if he is in on what’s happening. When I had reported to him what I seen, he went to the room and went inside Which I found awkward because normally a hotel manager would just stand outside of the room and not bother to go in. The man was abusing the woman knew who he was and invited him in and shut the door behind them. While we were out at a restaurant, we asked about the hotel and the staff went and told us that we need to get out of there because they know the hotel very well and how much trouble happens there. They alerted us that the cops are called almost daily for prostitution, drug Dealings and human trafficking that has happened. Once We were in the room. We quickly packed our bags and noticed people starting to make their way towards our room. We fell our lives were danger.

Very dirty, floor and counters were filthy.

Charge me again for night on my credit card because I paid for it in my with my credit card,,cockroaches, toilet was about to over flow when flushed toilet, graffiti in the room, I should have taken a picture of it, refrigerator wasn't cold enough, I frustrated because of the check in because I paid for it in May $115 and charged me again for $97.15 . That hotel needs to be Fumigation complete. It's nice to near the casino for a room to stay. I'm not very happy with it yesterday.. I will fight to get my remibruise $$$ back because that's not right
