Everything good: Check-in, hotel staff, room cleanliness, shower. The bad stuff: Hotel charges for breakfast. This was a simple breakfast buffet that most all other hotel chains (including Hilton Garden Inn) includes at no charge. Same eggs, same sausage links, same fruit medley, same bread choices, same orange juice, same oatmeal. $27 for two people! UNREAL! They also charge for parking. I have paid for parking before at hotels, but they usually are in the city and the only parking is a parking deck. This parking was for a regular hotel parking lot that you see at all hotels. They did not ask if I had a car or any license plate. I wonder if they would have charged me if I had taken an Uber to the hotel. Or maybe I could have parked for free at the neighboring hotel. I have never stayed at any Hilton Garden Inn and paid for breakfast or parking. I probably won’t be back.

The room is freezing, it was 61 degrees when we checked in. It’s taking forever to warm up. It’s 39 degrees outside. Sink drain stuck shut. Had to figure out how to pull it up myself. The room should have been warm and ready to go, especially since we arrived at 11:

Place was not clean and they charged for parking with no mention about that at check in. Not a downtown location where you might expect a parking charge.

We stayed in one of the wheelchair accessible rooms, bed comfortable and not too high, staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the lift for the pool wasn't working but the effort made to try and fix it was greatly appreciated.

Loved it

It was awful. No AC in the hallways or elevators, curtains were ripped, kids running through the halls screaming, people throwing a party in the lobby, and snarky comments from staff. Expected more from a Hilton that I paid good money for. Will never stay at a Hilton again.

The property is very clean, safe and quiet!

The property was nice and the lobby and common areas very nice. The room could use some updates. The toilet ran for 10 mins after use and the beds could be more comfy with some firmer pillows. We had our mini dog with us and would be happy to pay a cleaning fee but felt 75. Non refundable was pretty high for a pne night stay.

Expedia included this property (and still does) as breakfast included and it was breakfast AVAILABLE. Cost 27.00 for a worse breakfast than I got free at previous hotel. Last time using Expedia or this hotel. Check in person wasn’t exactly cheerful either
