Easy, nice, clean, had everything we needed. Nice coffee bar in lobby. Easy parking. Excellent restaurant.

Very comfortable hotel. Pleasant staff. Expedia indicated that breakfast was included at this hotel. That is not true. It is available but not free.

Hotel was great but our checkin was a bit stressful when we were told we were marked as a no show due to being 3 hours late. I had advised we would be after midnight due to flight delay/ and those flight delays cause a 3 hour late arrival. But I had prepaid for 2 nights. It took quite a bit to sort it out. More time than I wanted it to take at 3:30 in the morning. A stressful end to a very stressful evening of trying to start our vacation.

It was the worst experience I’ve had since my many years using Hotels.com. The hotel room did not have a working thermostat nor heater. The room was freezing and we could barely sleep. I informed Heather who was the front desk attendant at the time and asked for another room, but was denied. She gave me a small portable heater, two breakfast vouchers, and promised me that the room would be discounted. I got very little sleep due to the cold however and could not wake up in time as the breakfast ended at 9am. The next morning she was gone and Ashley was there in her place who did nothing to accommodate. The discount that was promised by Heather was not honored, and they didn’t even offer another nights stay for a different occasion. Extremely dissatisfied with the stay. Just trash 😡

Checking in was easy, property is reasonaly cleaned. But rooms are not soundproof, next door turned on tv till late night

I had a great stay while visiting my son in marina del rey. The staff was especially warm, welcoming and helpful. Ill be back.

We booked a two queen beds room and it was spacious, but some of the facilities were a bit old.

It was very good overall

I reserved 2 rooms as I was there with family. My sons had one room which wa fine. My room has no AC however they came to fix it we changed rooms. It was pretty musty in the original room with the no AC. The 2nd room was ok… had AC. These rooms are old and could be updated. We were there 2 nights. I was gone all day on Sunday and came back to my room not made up. I called down to reception and they said they only do it every other day. I was not told that I said. Reception said there is a sign at check in which I did not see. They should have told me this as well. I stayed there last year the same time and my room was made up. He did send up fresh towels though. I am very disappointed as I spent good money to stay there (by the way my son’s room is was not made up either). There is a tag to hang on the door but I didn’t hang it as it says “No thank you service not needed at this time“ I have attached a photo of the sign in reception, which is easily missed.
