We happened to come during an unusual snow storm so the first night we had to stay in at the hotel so we ate at the market place in the hotel and was pleasantly surprised the food was very good and nice not to have to get out

Beautiful location but rooms have issues - no hot showers!!!. Stayed with family in 3 bedroom. View was perfect, room was very clean and modern. Appliances older style.
Master bedroom never had a hot shower! We called reception and they sent technician, he said “oh, water heater is on the roof, so you don’t get a lot of hot water here on the lower floors. Also, we have no control over how hot (or not) it is”. Hall bathroom had hot water if you ran it for 10 min before getting in. Master shower….never did.
The heat also had issues. Heat would turn off and blow cold air for hours. Technician came twice and got it to work for a little while, then cold air again.
Would stay there again, but not in 507 or a low floor!

We had a great time. The Hilton was the best and will be the Hotel I choose each time I visit. It was very clean, the atmosphere was quiet, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was top notch. If you visit Myrtle beach please stay here or one of the other Hilton hotels. I stayed at Ocean22, but I’ve also stayed at Hilton Enclave. Worth every cent.

The stay was good, I do have to say the beds are extremely hard. The hotel itself is nice but the room needed to be cleaned better. Again if you like a soft bed this is not it.

Overall great experience with friendly staff. The room had a great view from the 12th floor facing the ocean. The only thing that could have made this better was a few things in the room needing some repair and paint. As the basboards and trim in the kitchen and dining room were looking scuffed and old in some areas.

10/10 I come every year for Christmas. Only issue is not having enough carts. I think that’s something every guest should be made aware during check in even tho it’s posted in the rooms. RETURN CARTS ASAP. Your not the only family visiting
