Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa

Not impressed with management. We booked an ocean view room but got a partial ocean view. I asked management to change rooms for a better ocean & sunset view but due to a wedding going on they couldn’t and she also told me the sunset view hard to get, as it sets in different locations! I’m no scientist but I pretty sure that not correct. She also said partial ocean views were lower floors. There are 7 floors and we were put on 4th floor facing another hotel next to us with a small gap to see the ocean. At checkout no one asked how our stay was even though they asked couple in-front of us, I’m guessing due to calling them out on putting us in wrong room. Breakfast staff were slow and only perked up the day their managers were in checking on them. Room was big, small cupboard for few hanging clothes and safe deposit box. Good bathroom with two sinks. Bed comfortable and big TV. Beach lounges are rubber straps on metal frame, not the most comfortable but at least got an umbrella with them. I’d say this hotel more for business trips or events and short stays only, not relaxing resort.

Good live music during Happy Hour

Very large rooms, friendly staff, very comfortable pool area. The rooms should have mircowaves, and the gym should have be better equipped. Overall, very good experience.

Everything was wonderful. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Convenient beach access, as well as restaurant options.

Beautiful hotel on the beach with wonderful amenities and walking distance to anything we wanted to do. Gorgeous community, we loved it.

Overall nice, beach chairs could be classier Did not like daily $38 tax parking and especially $40 tax resort fees -did not use pool or gym

Came down to SWF for a lil couple time. Hilton was great! A lil more family oriented than I expected but thats on me. Great beach and amenities.

very disappointing that Expedia guest will not get any HH benefits even while being a Diamond member. The staff couldnt care less

Just checked into this hotel. When I booked, I had searched specifically for ocean view and only partial ocean view was available. I booked this thinking, atleast I see some part of the ocean. Walked into room and there is NO ocean view. Called front desk and the manager Mallory picked up and said this is "Partial Ocean View". See the picture. There is NO ocean view. I checked Hilton website for the exact same room and too has the misleading picture. They are selling this as "Partial Ocean View" for higher prices, but there is "NO Ocean View" !! Manager and assistant manager were so rude.

We left some items in the room. We called the front desk and were given an email address to submit our inquiry. Now, two weeks later, 2 emails and 3 phone calls an no one has gotten back with us Customer service shouldn't end at check out.
