Hilton Santa Clara

The hotels.com description does not say the hotel is currently under construction. The lounge is not open, etc. and that needs to be prominently conveyed. The guests in the adjacent room from ours were being very loud well past 10 pm which necessitated a message to the desk. The noise did quiet down shortly after so I will give credit that I think it was addressed and I do not fault staff or property for the conduct of their guests. When we left we inquired with the front desk why the American flag out front was not at half-staff as ordered by the president and the desk clerk was not professional or willing to ask someone for an answer. This is a great hotel (we have stayed here before for games) and its location is second to none for Levi’s stadium and it is clean and comfortable. But some notable things can leave a big impression.

Beautiful pool and clean beds

At check in the staff seemed a little stressed but still nice . I think because he had to tell us we were staying on a floor with complete construction going on . Trying to rest during this stay was far from the truth since nothing is posted on their website informing customers or the option to cancel at arrival.

My grandson and I were in town for a 49er game. Great place to stay and a short walk from the train station. They really cater to the fans. It was nice to come out of the game and just walk across the street to the hotel.

Our room was not clean. Layers of thick dust around furniture, carpet looked like it hadnt been vacuumed, smelled musty. I woke up with 2 large spider bites on me.

Great place. Quick walk to Niner stadium and Great America.

Everything was good besides the ac in my room didnt work it was very warm in our room

We had a fantastic time at the 49ers game! Choosing to stay at a hotel just a short walk from the stadium was the best decision ever. The hotel exceeded our expectations, especially the vibrant bar area—it was the perfect spot to kick back and soak in the game-day atmosphere. Plus, it’s super family-friendly, making it the ideal place for everyone to enjoy the excitement together!

We liked everything about the hotel except the beds which were hard as rocks. With new beds, it would Great!

Not bad if all you plan on doing is attending a game or concert at the stadium. Overpriced for sure even for the night of concert. I paid less in San diego in the gas lamp and that place has waygq more to do.

Overall the experience was good, not great. The TV in the room was outdated. One big incident that happened: we were hanging out in the bar and out of nowhere water started coming down from the ceiling. We called maintenance. The gentleman who was the maintenance man said, "Again, I guess this happens all the time."

We liked the view to the stadium and the tailgate experience

To be honest, the rooms looked much nicer on the website than in person. I was not notified that the hotel was under renovation/construction until I arrived. I think that this information should have been known before I made the reservation.

Great location for anything at Levi Stadium!
