Holiday Inn Express & Suites ATLANTA DOWNTOWN, an IHG Hotel

Website offers on site parking and there isn’t any. So plan to pay almost $30 for parking each day. There were hairs left in the bathtub and the shower made an awful sound when the water was turned on. Random brown stains on multiple walls and on the couch. The tv mount was so lose we were scared to touch it. They also charge an extra $100 on top of the regular rate as some sort of deposit. Said depending on the bank it could take 7-10 days to see the funds back in my account. Location was convenient due to doing a local race.

This is a clean, well located, no frills hotel. Dont expect extra towels or help with anything. Do expect safety and value.

Great breakfast and all staff were friendly and kind. Room was larger than expected, clean and comfortable. Used the well equipped gym and found it clean too.

We had a great day only thing I don’t like it how these hotels charge so much for parking.

There was a party till midnight that the hotel knew about, but we were not informed. There were people allowed to bring in tree branches through the lobby. No parking available. Room looked nothing like the pictures online.

Excellent service. Very clean. Rooms were very spacious. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Wonderful Stay!!

I didn’t like the room. We booked a 2 bedroom suite that was supposed to have a couch, kitchen and sitting area. It had none of those. The room was dark with no windows. They ran out of breakfast food and coffee early. They only had 1 person at the check in when many people were trying to check in.

The room was extremely small- it felt like being in another country. The lobby is small and the hallways were pretty narrow too- this hotel is not fancy by any means. But the price was great (relatively speaking), the breakfast was more than I expected, and the staff was pleasant. I thought it was a good value and would stay there again.

Room was tiny - no furniture except for beds and a small table. Lobby heater was broken so we froze while waiting in line to check in. Room was fairly clean. Breakfast was terrible 1 not worth eating.

Not my favorite

Noisy outside, sounds went right into the room from the street. Thermostat really hard to control. Beds were super comfy, room was adequate. Staff were nice. Breakfast was decent. No vending machines?

I like rooms very good. Coffee very good. The bad Parking is 40 per night till 11 am
