We booked for a suite for 7 guests (5 adults and 2 kids) but were given 2 queen bedroom instead. The hotel staff said Expedia gave us wrong advertisement. The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but the room we were put in smells like someone smoked there for a week. There were also tiny roaches in the bathroom. They cannot move us to a different room because they were full, they said and all they can do for the smell in the room is give us a bottle of air freshener. It was already late at night but we decided to leave and booked another hotel in another city.

It was very clean and had a wonderful staff.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We were able to check in early which was very important as we needed to change for a wedding. Our room would not lock when we were leaving for the wedding but a staff member who was just down the hall cleaning a room came to our aide and was able to get the door to lock. The rooms are spacious, but this is an aging hotel. The hallways and rooms have an odd odor. We had rented to two rooms, my daughter's room had a tub which had what looked like mold in the tub so she and her husband did not use it. They used the shower in our room. In our room, one of the lamps were broken. Like many of the hotels at this price point it could use a makeover, but it suited our purposes, was relatively clean. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast, had both hot and cold items and the staff member working the area was prompt to refill items. Did not see a waffle station, which some Holiday Inn's do have. Nice little outside area with some tables and chairs, where you could sit for breakfast when it is nice and we would have sat outside but people smoking in that area, so it made unusable for those who don't smoke. Had what seemed like a nice pool but did not use it and did not see anyone in it. The problem I would have with the pool (and is an issue at many hotels), is that it is behind clear glass that is viewable to everyone in the lobby and coming and going from rooms and the one elevator. I am not comfortable being on display.

Fire alarm kept going off all night. When asked why, they said it was from a shower

Rooms aren't very soundproof. Could hear people talking, coming and going at all hours. Fairly clean but bathroom fan covered with dirt, dust. Furniture and trim showing age.

Mold around bathtub , brown stains in toilets, cold water in pool, no towels in pool, not worth the money, had 5 people no covers or sheets for sofa bed,kept running out of food for breakfast and eggs were cold. Won't be staying here again.

My initial room door did not close or lock properly, leaving my belongings vulnerable to anyone at the hotel. It then took over an hour for the staff to move me to another room. The second room I was finally placed in after was filthy, with dirty sheets, stains on the furniture and bed, and even a Band-Aid on the floor. And I have pictures for all of it. Furthermore, an exterior door leading to the main stairwell, giving access to every floor and room of the hotel, was accessible without a key card, compromising guest safety. Lastly, I was charged for the hotel twice and it’s been almost a week since my stay and I’m still waiting on a refund to be issued. Due to these issues, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I would like a full or partial refund for my stay to compensate for the inconvenience and unpleasant experience.

Check in was delayed until after 7PM due to room not being cleaned. Rarely was someone at the desk to assist customers. After reporting the TV did not work multiple times, it took them 3 days after to fix the TV. Room temperature was 78 To 80 degrees because thermostat was stuck on heat Very poor service. If you wanted clean towels you had to go to the front desk yourself but as I said before there usually wasn’t anyone there.

Housekeeping was not attentive even after requesting service.We stayed 4 days. Breakfast was great!

This place was awful. I should’ve read through the reviews, but seeing an 8 on their listing, I made the fatal assumption it was good. From check in it was rough. Huge language barrier. Couldn’t understand anything so I stopped asking questions. The ceiling was riddled with awful stains from water damage that apparently a 5yr old tried to repair. THERE WAS NO HOUSEKEEPING OR TRASH REMOVAL AT ALL!!!!! Nothing, despite housekeeping being mentioned in their listing. I saw one housekeeper which looked to be an 80 year old man. Trash everywhere and NOTHING was clean. I question if towels/sheets etc were even cleaned after the last guests. There was trash certainly still in the room upon checkin. The pool is supposed to be heated, but was so frigid cold, you couldn’t get past your ankles before turning into an ice cube. What’s the point of the indoor pool?! It was one of the main reasons we booked there, and it was totally unusable…there was so much chemicals in the pool, you couldn’t breathe in the room. Please do yourself a favor, and NEVER stay at this shabby establishment. So, so gross.
