I chose pay at property upon arrival and they tried to charge me before i arrived and i got there at 3pm or just after other than this muy bueno and plan to stay again

The hotel is close to Key West Express Ferry and was able to check in 10pm. So convenient.

Property staff professional, courteous, and helpful. The woman supplying the breakfast was very friendly and engaging. The breakfast was excellent. Good stay for my family. Highly recommend.

when I checked in there were a bunch of drunks talking with front desk clerk laughing and having a good time while she took her sweet time checking us in. The room toilet was plugged up they never came to fix the problem after reporting it three times final we request to moved to another room - every night a bunch of ppl (men) like workers hanging all around the outside and inside drunk and loud.

Bed was lumpy on sides. Breakfast could have had more fresh fruit- oranges, bananas. Loved Keurig in room! Clean. Friendly staff and great housekeeping. Good location. Restaurants nearby good and nice selection

Room was spacious and extremely quiet even with us being on the first floor next to the elevator and dining. Didnt hear anything. Bed was comfortable, large shower, and all was clean. Would definitely stay again.

This property has one single shining bright spot, and that's the breakfast lady Rigid. The rest, are apathetic at best, and the Night staff outright rude and unhelpful.

I stayed here for nine days while my Jeep and belongings arrived from Denver. Everything was excellent. Special shout out to Paula and Lakita for being so nice and helpful!
