Everything was great

There really isn’t anything around it but the exterior of the hotel was decent. There is construction down the road. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was the bathroom because it seemed dirty compared to the rest of the room. The shower surround was kind of dingy and the way the door was painted made it look cheap.

My family enjoyed our stay, we were super late getting in and the hotel was very understanding and worked with us. Staff were very pleasant, personable and very welcoming. Next time my family is visiting the DMV we will be returning.

The bathtub water handle was found to be broken, resulting in the assignment of another room. Additionally, the air conditioning unit produced a significant amount of noise and soundproofing is poor and I could hear the conversation and snoring from next door, making it difficult for me to sleep.

Excellent service. We were able to check in earlier than the expected time. 24 hrs hot coffee available at the lobby. Breakfast is ok. Very clean and newly renovated.

Wonderful customer service, clean rooms and common areas, great breakfast that was kept well stocked. Would highly recommend!

The attendant at check in was great! I wish I had remembered his name. He was very nice and happy and told great jokes!!! He was very informative!!

Cleaning staff entered my room, went through my things, and stole from me. The manager refused to talk to me when I went to the front desk to make them aware. Have locks on all of your bags if you decide to stay here.

Great, friendly service and we were quickly given a new room when the A/C didn’t kick on in the first room. Main complaint is the strong marijuana smell in every inch of this hotel. From walking in, to our room, etc. wish that hadn’t been the case because everything else was fine!

The thing that was most inconvenient was that were put on the 5th floor and most amenities are on the first floor. I was surprised to find out the rooms didn’t have microwaves, as I thought they did when I stayed here in the past. We had to take a trip to the 1st floor from the 5th just to reheat our dinner in the one community microwave located at the front desk. On the positive great WiFi access, no issues, room & bathroom were very clean except a few spots on the nightstand & table/desk, which I cleaned up very easily so I couldn’t be blamed for putting them there. Another major plus in the bathroom, grab bars for my balance disorder, I did notice there was no slip mat on the bathtub floor, which I think should be added asap. They also have a hair dryer in the bathroom which was lifesaver. Also Shampoo, Conditioner & Body wash Dispensers on the walls of the inside of the shower, which is great for forgetful people like myself!
