Holiday Inn Express & Suites GRAND BLANC, an IHG Hotel

When i arrived they cheeked me into a dirty room. Moved me to another room the hearlt ran all night and itvwas turned off it was so hot it was horrib l e. Everything was dirty and im not happy

Loud and rattling heating/cooling system. Bathroom was in significant need of repair and upgrading. Surprised Holiday Inn would continue to franchise a building in this level of deferred maintenance. Entryway and elevator floor was disgusting and probably not mopped in several days. Definitely would not stay here again. Probably wouldn't stay at a Holiday Inn property.

It's a nice place a little more help with cleaning of the pool would be great and the dryer didn't work lost money on that and the room toilet could have been tightened down more other than that great experience

Nice renovation place

Bathroom was not clean rusted door frames clogged sink nasty grout and hole in the drywall. Pool was cloudy and green manager sat in office and did not seam to care when we stood waiting atvthe front desk only 2 towels and keys kept deactivating

The property was a in a great area. Close to shopping but quiet. The hotel seemed very clean and updated. The breakfast buffet was my family’s favorite amenity. The cinnamon rolls were to die for! My favorite part was the care we received from the staff when we arrived. The gentleman was fairly new, but was professional and accommodating to our needs right away. I give this place a 10/10 and would stay here again!

The maids did not clean up my room after the first night. I called the front desk at 4 pm to report the problem. Fifteen minutes later a staff member delivered extra towels to my room, which I did not request. You have a client service issue.

The rooms are comfy but the bathroom had signs of wear and tear. The tub was clogging and had black scuff marks.

Room had a bad odor and was not clean. Bathroom had mold and tub did not drain. Floors were not mopped or vacuumed

I got to my room with my snack and soft drink in the hope of watching a movie and falling off to sleep. Holiday Inn dropped the ball on their end with a TV that didnt work. Room 306.

While the property and room were clean and breakfast was good, we most likely won't return. The heater in the room was as loud as a jet engine which does not make for a good night's sleep. When I asked about switching rooms, I was advised that all of the rooms had a problem with it. Really? It's winter in Michigan! So we're not likely to return.

Clean and quiet hotel. Great breakfast options in the mornings.

It was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean. The bathroom needed some work. The bathroom was old, and the walls were moldy. Staff was amazing

The room layouts were great. However, the air unit was not working in one room. My husband takes meds and becomes hot. It was uncomfortable without proper air. Also, bsthroom needs updating. Horrible cracks and need paint job. Rooms were great but not the bathroom or the air situation

My daughter and I stay at this Holiday Inn quite often. The beds are really comfy and the pool pretty nice.

Great location. Expedia and their site make it look much nicer and better than it was. It was a bit of a let down. The first room assigned the key didn't work, they did upgrade us to a larger room but key didn't work there either so if we left the room the desk clerk had to let us back in with master key.

They maybe just have been having a bad weekend. Their printer wouldn’t print my check in paperwork so I had to go back an hour later, when I was faced with a trio of guests from an Arctic Cat event of some kind who were extremely LOUD. I requested fresh towels for my second night’s stay and never got them. The cup dispenser in the fitness area was empty. breakfast was adequate. The room heaters/ac units are extremely noisy. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was satisfactory. The irritations were minor. My stay was uneventful, I would stay again.
