Such a FUN location right at the Grand Canyon!! We love the entire fun vibe, convenience and overall cleanliness of the location!

We stayed there during our Xmas trip. The hotel is surprising full but the service is very high quality. The food is good, the pool is good, there are plenty of parking spaces. Services are fast and the hotel is in walking distances to many dinner options.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was amazing they had many options and actual food. Really enjoyed staying here and they have a great indoor pool and jacuzzi which was fun for the kids.

This is our second time to this hotel and I will still book here. The room and facility is very clean, their toiletries are very satisfactory, those are simple things but makes a difference. The staff are very courteous. One of the staff, Imelda is very accommodating, you’ll feel that you’re eating in her kitchen the way she interacts with the guests, very personal, you’ll feel at home.

The location was nice as it was close to restaurants a walking distance. Our room was located in a building across the street which did not have a pool. The toilet would often not flush and would have to manually open the tank and mess with the float. Every morning we could hear people running/jumping or would hear random loud noises between 6am-10am.

I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. The staff seemed unfriendly and unapproachable, which made the experience unpleasant. I expected better communication and a more welcoming attitude. I hope this can be addressed to improve future interactions.

Convenience, comfortable and friendly. The hotel is next to the park. The room has good insulation. We stayed around end of December, did not turn on heat but still feel comfortable through the night. Turn on the heat would make the air too dry and not comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast is buffet and varieties of foods.
