Holiday Inn Express & Suites HIAWASSEE, an IHG Hotel

Amazing stay start to finish, and everyone was nice and welcoming, even down the maintenance men who were there. Linda and Victoria - or Veronica ( sorry I’m bad with names ), answered all of our questions and made us feel right as home, Rosita kept our room spotless, the wonderful woman who was handling breakfast always made sure everything was ready to go and the food was amazing, and shout out to the maintenance man who was nice enough to tell me where I could get air in my tires. The rooms were huge and clean, they provided dove toiletries in our room and there was even a keurig with some pods. The breakfast was amazing and had a great variety, and the lobby had complimentary tea and coffee all day. The WiFi was also really good, if you speed test it it will show some fluctuations but we were able to run two gaming laptops to play some call of duty with minimal hiccups. The area is quiet but close to Helen, Tennessee and near some absolutely amazing hiking trails. My only suggestion to travelers is if you are a light sleeper that you try to stay on the third floor or see if you can be away from other rooms, we were on the second floor and there was kid running around above us at 7am, nothing to fault the property as it’s out of there control and I didn’t mention it at the desk since we were checking out that day. 1000/10 and can’t wait until our stay next December.

Superclean room, all dove products in the bathroom was a plus. Staff at night and in morning were very nice. Breakfast was good and many choices. I will be back

I took my 9yo autistic son to stay because he just loves to travel. We were grateful that we were allowed to check in early as well as check out an hour later. Everyone was so nice, especially the front desk clerk who checked us in. She was so thoughtful and helpful to us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I’m Stefanie, btw. (My dad is Charles)
