Holiday Inn Express & Suites MONTGOMERY E - EASTCHASE, an IHG Hotel

The staff were so nice and friendly. Was greeted each and every time I enter the building. The only bad thing I encounter, was when I got to my room the comforter had hair on it. But they immediately replace it.

Last minute trave but the hotel selection was great. The location is an ideal spot if you're into shopping or dining out. I would stay there again.

After booking the reservation online i called 5 times to request adjoining rooms and no one ever answered. I then called their main 800 number where a recording told me to contact the property directly. When we got there to check in the front desk employee and her boss were outside the front door, I'm assuming on break. We parked right outside the front door and my husband went in. They did not come in for another several minutes. Once they did they were very helpful. The inside of the refrigerator in the room was dirty. The free breakfast was available 7-10. The sausages were gone when we got there at 8:45 and when we asked they said "they're gone". Poor planning?

My last visit over the summer was a bit better. They weren’t very consistent with the cleaning of the room.

I ENJOYED MY STAY; THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT YOUR HOTEL. (12/24/24-12/26/24) MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THAT MY ROOM HAD ROACHES AND SPIDERS IN MY BATHROOM. THE ROACHES WERE IN THE SINK, ON THE FLOOR, AND THE SPIDER CRAWLED FROM BEHIND THE TOILET. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT ESPECIALLY MS. T (THE FRONT DESK CLERK WITH PINK HAIR) AND THE BREAKFAST ON THE LAST DAY OF OUR STAY WAS GOOD AND FILLING. SINCERELY, B. BALLARD SMILESATL@ATT.NET

It was absolutely ridiculous.I love this hotel but the past two times I’ve been there,they did not come in during the day and clean up,replace linens,take trash,remake bed,etc…..My last stay,Rm 201,bathroom sink was stopped up and would not drain entire time I was there.The refrigerator barely worked and I bring pre prepped meals.I just was very shocked that this hotel is like this.As I said,I like Holiday Inn Express,but will not be staying at this particular location again.

My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel. It was clean. The staff was very friendly. The shower was fantastic. The only thing I would add is a notepad and a pen, which was missing from our room. Everything was great!

I would like to thank Ms Tania or the manager of this establishment for room 419 Tavaris/Ava Patton for making our stay a very welcoming one. It started off rough in the beginning but she made it better. The staff was nice and yes I would recommend anyone to stay there. All hotels have hiccups, but they got through it. Thank you again and have a bless one.

Not enough staff; both Front Desk but specifically Housekeeping. Stayed for three nights. Not enough linens in the room at arrival. No clean up of room 2nd day. Had to take towels down to Front Desk at 7 PM to be washed because they were completely out of towels for the entire hotel. Third day the room was made up but Housekeeping took the towels and did not replace, so no towels. I stay at enough Holiday Inn properties to know that the problems experienced are unique to this hotel.

Had roaches on the wall next to the bed, the faucet on the vanity was about to fall off. Had to hold it with one hand open the valve with the other.

Love staying at this hotel. We got to the hotel at 3:50 pm and ask to check in because we were going to a college football game. The lady at desk did not greet us. Her first words was what is your last name. Said that we could not check in for 20 minutes. Left and went to the back. Another lady ask could she help. The lady at front counter came back and I ask was checking in not at 4. She said yes and let us check in. She was not nice at all. And we have never had this problem there before. Did not greet.
