Holiday Inn Express & Suites SUMNER - PUYALLUP AREA, an IHG Hotel

The holiday inn express was clean and good condition. Theincluded breakfast coild have been improved, yhe juice machine was oos and the pancake station was oos also.

There's bug infestation! I sat just for a few minutes when I got in the room and felt something itchy and something crawling. Good thing I'm really sensitive and saw it right away. It's on my legs and feet attached to my socks. I removed my socks and walked. Every step the bugs literally surfaced from the carpet, and crawled to my feet! I got severe bug bites all over my legs, thighs, few on my arms, and neck. Very red and itchy. Until now, my skin hasn't recovered and I'm worried that the marks are gonna stay. Don't book your stay here. It's disgusting!! It doesn't deserve a single star.

I stayed with my daughter and her friends for a pool party. It was ao fun! They loved the pool and the consestions area. The staff was very friendly and helpful

We had a concert in the area. Just an overnight stay as we live an hr away. Carmelo at the front desk was so welcoming and started our trip off very nice . So welcoming when you have someone polite and friendly, much appreciated. Second stay here for a concert, wont be our last .

I stayed twice over a several weeks period. Both rooms had very poor water pressure and the shower heads just dripped out. The breakfast offerings were typical but usually lukewarm at best. I will not ever stay at this property again and can’t recommend it.

carpets on 4th floor appear to not have been vacuumed daily…..otherwise everything looked clean.

This new hotel was off thr beaten path but well worth it. The pool was warm, the hot tub was nice, it was clean, comfortable and a great stay!

Alysha was AMAZING! We had to travel on Christmas and she was so kind and patient and accomodating. We were grateful for her after a long day of travel! The room was clean and crisp and so was the rest of the hotel. We have stayed at this hotel repeatedly and will continue to do so!

When I checked in I was told that the price Expedia was charging me was basically ripping me off because I booked during the peak season and was given a rate 3x the rate of the time of my stay. When I contacted Expedia to resolve this I was basically told they can’t predict rates and I would just have to pay triple. I will be contacting the BBB to take care of this and Expedia not honoring their guarantee best price of bookings. This is ridiculous.

Very large parking lot, convenient to the freeway, excellent customer service, pretty decent breakfast, cleanliness it's always amazing and having a convenience store and coffee stand in the same parking lot.. love it
