Free coffee and cookies all day long. Felt like home to be able to come in from being active and have my afternoon coffee waiting. A corner for kids—appropriate books, crayons, coloring papers, blocks. I liked the staff recommendations for restaurants, sights, etc. Had family friendly ambiance, more personal than so-called upscale hotels.

Everything was great! Even though when we arrived at 4 pm power outrage was out and we returned around 6 pm and still no power and then around 6:20 power arrived! Everything was great and breakfast as well!

Front desk personel had no idea of what customer service is, they were rude, unhelpful unfriendly, totally awfull experience with the front desk personel.

The place needs maintenance. Everything needs repair… no thermostat for the unit so I couldn’t turn on the heat. The toilet was noisy need maintenance. No one responded when I complained about the thermostat! Had to change rooms because it was too cold and noisy.

The hotel was not as nice as pictures given in Expedia.
It is close to highway and is so noisy.
The heating system is too old and noisy.
It is an exterior entrance hotel which during winter time makes it hard to walk to lobby for breakfast.
Staffs were nice but hotel situation and conditions were not good.

Stayed over new years, the first room we got was not previously cleaned, the bedding was used, had to go and ask for another room, the second room was clean, however the remote was not working- just one channel, TV very old. Called front desk twice, but no one came, wanted to watch something good for the new years and that was ruined.

I found a pill on the floor next to the bed frame. I’m glad an adult found it and not my 4 year old child. I immediately informed the front desk and checked out. I contacted Expedia from the parking lot and I am waiting to hear back for a refund.

Breakfast was good if you're picky go to OpenTable and make reservations at a restaurant. It's a little out dated, old towels and I couldn't get the right temp on thermostat. Overall a quick one day stay.
