Clean place good service. Highway can be difficult to pull out onto but it’s just a busy area.

The room had everything you need! And a whirlpool tub! It was such a quiet, clean, peaceful evening!

Very close to the Audubon state park and old downtown, which has great shops and beautiful historic buildings. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.

My room was clean and comfortable, and the maid service always made sure that the room was in great condition when I would come home after a long day's work. I was not too keen on the late 4:00 PM check in. I had been driving for 8.5 to 9 hours, and just wanted to take off my shoes and decompress, however I had to wait an additional two hours to check in. All this with a prepaid reservation.

From the time we arrived all but one employee was most helpful, curious and interested in making our stay a pleasure. We asked for a down stairs room and were allowed to stay in one. We appreciated that so much we made reservations for next year. Regard the young lady w/ the scary body art in the breakfast area, you could have stolen the refrigerator and she would not have known because she was glued to her phone. We ate breakfast each morning and I believe we say her get up twice. The breakfast area tables were not kept clean rather we had to wipe them down ourselves. She dis clean some around the food while spraying the food and everything w/ whatever was in the bottle. She expressed no concern for cleanness or condition of the breakfast area including the food.

I just like Holiday Inn Express. I don’t believe I have stayed at a bad one. I’ve stayed at several HIE, staff has been nice and friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Really like the cinnamon rolls at breakfast also.

Toilet wouldn’t flush and the tub had issues. The front desk staff the morning I was leaving was unfriendly and not helpful

Expedia messed the date up on my reservation. It was supposed to be on the 22nd. They had more than enough rooms. Then I wanted to go ahead and book room. CASH deposit was extreme? The girl at front desk was very friendly. She sent me next door.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast area with short and tall tables and chairs. Spotless bathtub. Eco-friendly body wash, lotion, and shampoo dispensers in shower, all of which were full. Cooked breakfast selections with egg turnovers, sausage links, biscuits & gravy, and a good selection of fresh fruit, coffee is good, several juice options. Comfy bed and pillows. Quiet HVAC unit. Fridge was making a strange noise so I unplugged it to sleep. Good room lighting. Clean carpets and windows.

The pictures make it seem like a pretty recently renovated place but it doesn’t feel like that. For the price I was paying I thought it’d be more modern.

Well I walk in and told a cash deposit was required and asked if someone called I was shocked. the room was nice and breakfast was good
