The stay was amazing!! We had the one-bedroom family suite with a king size bed and 2 queen sized beds. My family was more than comfortable in this suite.

Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but really horrible experience here. At 10:45pm the elevator alarm started going off and blaring into our room which was right across from the elevator. We walked to desk and called twice but staff wasn’t even apologetic and super rude. Tried to speak to manager and they gave me a card with an email that didn’t work and the same phone number as a hotel…? I don’t usually complain but this was wild. Free breakfast which wasn’t great but cleaner then other spots around the area

The young lady checking us in was super friendly and nice, maybe the girl when checking out was having a rough morning be a she was not as friendly. Room was good, comfortable and clean, breakfast was lacking. No juice or water for my 4 year old niece/ sausage was so dry it t was hard, no mix for pancakes, but whatever, just have to roll with it.

The welcome staff was amazing, smiling friendly and overall great. Breakfast was cold and very limited for Holiday Inn Express. We asked for grain/ whole wheat toast or bagel, the bread was stale and hard, eggs cold and juices were out of order. The host spent the morning chatting with staff and wasn’t helpful. Room was dirty and plumbing was not working, sink didn’t drain as I had to manually remove standing water from the sink. The condition of the room was not up to par.

Room was dated and worn. Bedspread had strings coming out of it. Holes in walls by outlets and in the back of the bathroom door. Drawer next to the refrigerator wouldn’t stay closed. Gap in the room door which made it not safe and we heard everything in the hallway. Would not recommend. Not sure how they had a high rating.

Bad:
1. Air conditioning unit is old, has a smell. Heating is not warm enough
2. Breakfast options are very limited. A lot of stuff are out of order (juice options, pancake machine, sausage out by 8:15am already) breakfast hours until 9:30
