Front staff gentleman was very rude and unprofessional. For a well known and liked brand a better representative is needed.

Worst hotel ever ever stayed at. They had to change my room twice because the bathroom toilets were broken.

Great hotel, friendly staff and very clean rooms!

Okay. First of all, it was a comfortable bed. Of course, I was visiting family and had not slept in a bed for a week. The room itself looked nice. The first thing I noticed however was there was no blackout curtain on the outside window. I thought maybe the mesh curtain also would roll down to a blackout. No. So, I'm turning out the lights, and the room is still fairly well lit due to the outside ambient lighting that was coming in through the mesh curtain.

Lovely except they control the temp of your room. Very comfortable bed and big tv. Pet fee is very high at $50. Great Dove products.

I was passing through town when I was in an accident and had to go to the Emergency Room for a broken arm. My daughter booked the room for me. When I arrived with my arm bandaged up, there was confusion as to what room I would be given. My daughter had asked for a ground-floor room. They had put me on the third floor. After going round and round with the attendant on duty, she stated that the ground floor would have to go downstairs. I then stated that I wanted a room on the floor I walked in on. She noted that the floor I walked in on was the second floor. Why she couldn't have stated that, to begin with, I don't know why. Once the room was assigned, I was told it would have two queen beds instead of one king, which was fine. I just needed a room to rest. When I got ready to go and get my items from the car, I requested assistance to bring them in. They said NO. I am over 75 years old with a broken arm, in pain, and they would not assist me. I asked for assistance getting food from their restaurant and again was told NO by staff, even though no one was around. While the bed was good the facility itself was old and dilapidated. The customer service was non-existent.

The room was immaculate; the facility modern. I loved the water pressure in the shower, the heated/adjustable lighting on the mirror. Couldn't beat the price!

It was a decent stay, but we had two issues. When taking out the couch bed, we found someone's vape. We also had a 630a wakeup call due to the fire alarms going off. It turns out that an employee burned a bag of popcorn.

This was a last minute trip to Springfield for the weekend and it did not disappoint. The only thing I would mention is that there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. The rooms were clean, the hotel was well maintained, and the staff was nice. I would recommend staying here and will stay again!

Room heat did not work woke up to freezing cold room, with the thermostat set to 80 degrees.
