Visiting Disney for a couple of days. The parks are 10 minutes away. Hotel was well kept with good security points. We had a room with a balcony overlooking pool on the 5th floor. Room was large and comfortable with microwave, fridge and Keurig coffee.

Overall decent stay for a weekend getaway. Water pressure in the bathroom was mediocre at best (4th floor room). Beds were decent, AC great. Balcony nice. Staff was receptive and efficient when addressing concerns/issues within their control. Housekeeping was inconsistent at best - removed 3 sets of dirty towels (3 of us in room) and resupplied with 2 sets. Another day cleaned up and made 1 bed out instead if both. Shuttle Bus was available - on their schedule, not yours nor timely. Overall decent stay for the price.

Not really a resort as much as over priced hotel because of location. But, the location is why I booked so that’s fine. I got to see the fireworks from Disney from our balcony pool view room - although only the highest of them and top portions of smaller ones because of trees. The breakfast was disappointing because we figured since it was in the Applebees and given the cost it would have been better than your typical breakfast buffet but that’s all it was - a typical hotel buffet breakfast. The fact that you had to pay extra for it was wild.

Pros: large room, good location, cheap. Cons: very bad room attendant, didn’t refill coffee, throw garbage bags on our table, didn’t gave us towel. (I left tip) Also, the bus is sometimes full or not on time.

Stay itself was fine, rooms are a little outdated but nothing terrible. However, there was an extremely large, dead roach in the hallway. I went to the front desk to let them know ad they said they would get to it, still there an hour later but gone the following morning

Upon paying for the room online hotels.com and at checkin they requested an addition 127.00 for resort fee and parking fee. Room had a sore smell and what looked like mold. The front desk handled the situation great and the second room was great. The ice machine was broken, the phone in the first room didn’t work right. The bed was comfy and the fridge was bigger than most hotels.

Good location for Disney and Universal. But we had to use uber because the shuttle was infrequent and at odd times. We had trouble with housekeeping not coming or not leaving enough items for us.

This place was horrible ! Staff was friendly, but the place it self was nasty the room smelled like mildew and there was mold in the bathroom. On top of that not even an hour after I checked in they had fire drill when I went to the front desk to question the sirens they had completely forgotten I had just checked in because the lady said we sent a notice last night! Also the alarm went off at 1:45 am no one to be found at front desk and no one picked the phone! Worst place i have ever stayed at! Stay away the place needs an update
