I asked to be on a lower floor due to my wife’s bad knees and to be close to the jacuzzi as it’s therapeutic for her. It was disappointing that the resort did not notify us as we were looking forward to the amenities the resort advertised. An organization like Holiday Inn should notify their customers of an inconvenience like this and compensate Had we been notified we would have stayed at another location to enjoy a jacuzzi.

I stayed room 212 and water stuck in sink forever. I called front and they said it will be take care but nobody show up and water stuck in the sink over night.

It is really not worthy to pay such fees for poor quality and services. Not enough front desk staff to processing check in, long wait for room services... Holiday Inn is getting worse.

This hotel property has declined. After a chilly day on the slopes, we were looking forward to warming up in the hot tub, but chose not to because it was full of leaves and dirt. The kids used to love the arcade, but the change machines were out of order, so they couldn’t play anything. The bar and restaurant service was atrocious—slow and food that was not up to par, especially given the price. The television in the room did not function properly either. When I addressed these issues upon check out, the staff provided zero help or solutions. Definitely NOT worth the $500 I ended up spending for a single night. We will not be going back again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Resort. We love the convenience of walking to shops and restaurants. The location is excellent! Super close to Alpine Slide. The one issue we had during our stay was the temperature control for the room. The room’s temperature stayed at 78-79 degrees throughout the whole time and it was really unbearable. Even though the weather outside was cold, sleeping in a hot and stuffy room was not pleasant. My family and I did not have a good sleep during the 2 nights we were there. We still enjoyed the resort for its proximity to many shops and activities.

Beds were very uncomfortable. You cannot control the temperature in your room. Room stayed hot. Front desk was not helpful. Asked questions about my booking, was brushed off every time. Asked for a receipt at checkout and was told they could not give me one because I did not book through them. Then charged me more than what I booked for. Would not stay again.

Location is great, right in the Village. The bar in the hotel was terrible. No working beer taps, 90% of bottled beers advertised as available were out of stock. Bartender didn't know how to make drinks, ordered a Moscow mule, wasn't even close. Check in was excellent, friendly staff and was able to check in hours early.
