We asked for adjoining rooms for our family ;They accommodated us. The studio rooms we had for 3 nights were very nice. Having the kitchenette was such a plus… Especially having 2 little ones in tow!! What wasn’t so wonderful was the shotty housekeeping service we got mid stay. We had our door open for the adjoining rooms. Housekeeping came in while we were gone during the day. We had dirty towels ready for pick up on the bathroom floor. The one pile got picked up with only bath towels replaced. The large trash can in the kitchen was not emptied even though it was overflowing with trash. In the other room… no one picked up the dirty towel pile in the bathroom. And no towels were replaced. No trash was emptied and the paper towel holder was left empty. Hope the housekeeping can get their act together and maybe make themselves a checklist for when they go into rooms so they make everything fresh and clean. The front desk staff man…. An older gentleman on afternoon shift was amazing! He was friendly and kind and made the wrongs right for us! Overall…. I would stay here again!!

Dishwasher leaking on the floor, wet carpet. Notified staff nothing done about it. Extended stay happened twice

Close to everything! Food, mall and more! Me and the kids had a great time. Friendly staff and the whole property was clean as advertised.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the building is easy to accessed and the staffs are very friendly.

The room is great and spacious ! Great for families with kids!

No shampoo or body wash in shower. Sheets were so pilled up that they felt like sand. Had to sleep on top of the top sheet. Absolutely no shower pressure.

I felt l was in a safe location. I had gotten there late Thursday night so I decided to order Chinese food through door dash but that failed so thinking I would get a good breakfast in the morning I got down to eat breakfast the next morning and id say it was before 9:30 and breakfast was over at 10 I was able to get coffee and yogurt and before I could get anything else the lady that was working breakfast started closing so I ended up going out to get breakfast. The next day I was there and I was going out to do some shopping and my car wouldn't start the battery was dead soI knew I had roadside assistance so I went into the hotel to ask the attendant if they knew any local garages or wrecker services that could come and jump start my car and they didn't know anyone let alone not even offer to help I ended up finding my own help but I guess I was just disappointed in this stay I had stayed here before and the experience was really nice. I also will say that your housekeepers might want to check the dishes in the room when they clean.

Wasn’t happy that the room wasn’t totally clean. The WIFi didn’t work if you have the television on

Broken floor lamp, odor in room with dirty sink and floor of shower. Dishwasher soap door broken; undissolved dishwasher detergent on glasses after cycle. Pullout couch mattress not clean or covered with a protector. Not enough towels for number of guests booked.
