Shower door wouldn’t close properly and it let water out on the tile floor. This subjecting clientele to possible slip and fall situation. Carpet in room could use a fresh-in-up. Black mark near table!

Nice view of the surrounding scenery including a partial view of Glen Canyon dam. I wished they used less plastic for the breakfast though - they didn’t offer regular utensils.

The breakfast area was kind of a wreck and there weren't any lights on in that area and it is beside the front desk so you would think SOMEONE would notice the guests in the dark. The chairs in the breakfast / lobby area are awful also. There is about 10 decent chairs and the rest need replaced with something usable. My room was excellent and it was quiet in the area. I would stay there again and eat somewhere else for sure.

Room didn’t have a safety bolt on it. Room had dirty stained towels. Probably the noisiest hotel room experience I’ve ever had. Banging noise that shook the plates in our room happened from 8 pm to 7 am, followed by a noisy breakfast that happened right beside our room. Don’t think I’ll ever stay in a home2 again based off this experience.

Home2 was a pleasant surprise. The room was lovely, super comfortable bed and very spacious. I was a solo traveller and the hotel was perfect for me. It was convenient to get the tour locations I had organised (lower antelope, helicopter from the airport, horseshoe bend). It was a short walk to a beautiful overlook of the Lake Powell Dam Wall.
I had however booked this hotel for the hot tub. There was no indication that the hot tub was not working or out of order from booking the hotel, checking in or even going outside to turn the hot tub on. I opted for the slightly more expensive accommodation (i.e. with hot tub) and was sadly let down when going to use it as it was freezing cold! I did use the pool as this was warm and while I was outside a hotel employee noted that the hot tub hadn't been working for a couple months as they were waiting for a replacement part.
