The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. It looked new but we found out it had been open for over 3 years. Also, the staff was friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is clean from the front door, through all hallways, and your room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you call when you get to the airport, they will send their hotel shuttle. The driver was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. They provided and long list of surrounding food options, many of which are close by and they will take you in the hotel shuttle. This is my 2nd time staying here and I will definitely continue to use this hotel when I travel to Dallas.

Newer hotel in the Euless/Ft Worth area but already needs alot of maintenance. Overall, I enjoyed the room and stay but found several issues with the condition of my 1 bedroom suite. The dresser in the living room area was missing a handle, the tub spout and control handle were movable to an alarming degree revealing holes in the tiled wall, a lamp in the living room didn't turn on, and when using the guest laundry only 1 of the 2 dryers was operational. On a positive note, the daily breakfast selection was decent and well stocked...including the coffee.

Room was nice but several things didn't work, i.e. electric blinds, garbage disposal, water pressure too low. Not enough lighting because of the blinds. Staff was really great.

Our shower had not appeared to have been cleaned. Very large amount of hair. We told the front desk and they promptly came to clean the bathroom. Other than that the hotel was great. Breakfast was wonderful with tons of food options.

The room as a lot better than expected, very clean and spacious, with a small full kitchen. All the amenities were great.
The lady at check in would not put my husbands honors number, this is the first time I have had problems with this.
I travel with a small service dog and they have a good grass area with boggy bags and trash.
The breakfast was very basic, I think they could do a better job considering they have a large space, the coffee was very bland.
I was supieses with the room size and cleanliness, would certainly recommend it and will be staying there again
