Muy comodo y limpio

This was a lovely property to stay at for our 5 day stay and very safe. There was not enough parking for us and we had to park on the property next door- the room smelled awful. They had obviously freshly painted the room ,which is nice……but did not air it out. We woke up every morning with headaches. The staff was wonderful and lovely but big NO for anyone who is sensitive to smells/chemicals (everyone).

The hotel had bugs in it and nothing worked. The staff walked around all morning smoking weed pretending to have the doors open like that helped. The upstairs neighbors walked around til 2 am then back at it at 5am. When I brought it up to Emily who was unprofessional and trailer like, she said the staff didn’t smoke and had a hard time comprehending. Austin the Operational manager wasn’t any better, I had to explain to him several times about their poor customer service before he could understand my concerns. We went to Home 2 much better desk staff, up to date rooms and property. Didn’t see one bug and the stay was great. Got sleep back from horrible previous experience. If you have low standards then Cranford would be great but if you have high standards and expectations then choose another hotel.

Positives: Quiet, Very Clean & Well Maintained, Attentive Staff. Highly Recommended.

Breakfast was not good, except the bakery items

I was surprised by poor condition of the furniture in room 304.This room is a 2 bedroom 2 bath room. The kitchen chairs and sofa were extremely dirty to the point we could not sit on furniture. The desk in the king room was wobbly to the touch. The lamps in the king room were also not secure. I arrived to the room after an 11hour drive to Newark being in stop and go traffic. Preparing to attend a funeral the next day. The room rate was $380 after tax. Not what I expected of a Hilton branded hotel. Although I normally stay in Embassy Suites I expected much better. Extremely disappointed. The furniture in the area where they served breakfast looked worn as well but not grungy like it was in room 304. These items kitchen chairs, sofa, wobbly desk need to be removed from the room asap. Unacceptable. I do have pictures of these items unsure where to post them.

I stayed in Room 116 for two nights. The first night was great, and everything went smoothly. However, the second night was a nightmare. Around 5 a.m., I started hearing a persistent banging sound coming from my door. Since I was staying alone in a suite and I’m a light sleeper, the sound was extremely unsettling. The noise was terrifying because my door faces the bathroom, and there was no one in the bathroom or the living room. Yet, the sound kept occurring at intervals until after 7 a.m. Eventually, I realized it was caused by the footsteps of the guests staying upstairs. Every time they walked across the area above my door, my door would shake, making a sound that resembled someone knocking. It was so frightening that I couldn’t sleep the entire night. The sound was genuinely disturbing.

This extended stay suite was basically the same price (or less) than a short term hotel, and was huge! It was nice to have several doors/rooms between the entrance door and the bedroom - I never heard any noise from the hall nor from outdoors. AC worked great and cooled the whole suite in no time. Bathroom was large, all appliances worked well. No issues at all

Furniture was broken. Drains didn’t drain. The beds were painful and uncomfortable, and it reeked of marijuana.

The downtowb area is minutes away and great little town with bars resteraunts and shopping

The stay was fine but the fire alarm at 130 am was not. We had to evacuate.

The place is very clean and beautiful, i would recommend this place and i would go there again, the staf so friendly and ready to help, the breakfast is awsome.

Complimentary breakfast. Would be nice to add milk -in addition to that by the coffee

Everything was perfect. Will come back when I visit NJ next time
