You have reasonable prices for those not so those who may be helping others stay safe and warm can reasonably afford your hotel and you are pet friendly!

If you're on a budget this is the place for you. However, buyer beware. My room did not have any towels. Nor did it have a box of tissues. Barely enough soap and shampoo for one person (thankfully I thought to get decent brand name soap and shampoo). When I asked the front desk lady for towels I got the most disgusting towels in the world; they could have gone into the wash with bleach to remove the stains on them. I asked for more, the lady said that was not a problem, but I never got them. I couldn't ask again because I was on a very tight schedule and I needed sleep. The room in the building I was in definitely showed its age. Thankfully, for someone like me who needs convenient outlets, I had that. That's about the only good thing it had going for it. Did I mention I never got a full set of clean towels? On the day I left, the entire building was locked. Probably a security thing but I had no way of getting out of the building. Couldn't re-access my room via my room key since that had been deactivated. Mind you I had to be out of there at 4 am on a Sunday morning to catch an early morning flight out of Pensacola International Airport. Had to call the hotel (took many rings for someone to answer) to unlock the door to the common area for me to be able to get out. Had that not happened I probably would have called 911 to get out. I should have booked a place elsewhere and spent more money for a chain that looks after its customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

y'all need to clean up roaches in the fridge

Please try to avoid this place. If I wasn’t as tired from out running hurricane Milton I wouldn’t have stayed. My room had plenty of roaches to keep me company ( lol ), no towels, bedding dirty, very scary, mostly it’s a run down building needing lots of work to make it. I left my suitcase in my car cause of the bugs. I tried to sleep in my car, but the people that hung out around there made me even more scared. Please reserve before paying cause once you arrive you will know exactly what I’m saying

Fleeing due to a mandatory evacuation.we Booked online and when we arrived we were told they only had 1 room left even though there were at least 10 families in the waiting room that were pleading for a refund due to bed bugs,rat,roaches, the condition of the rooms and active drug and prostitution deals going on in the parking lot. They led us to a room in the back of the building that took them 45 mins to gain access and told us "just don't close the door" We never did get to check into the room and was told we would get a refund.we were lucky enough to find a room at another hotel

This place looks nothing like the pictures online. It had to be the most run down place I’ve ever stayed. There was no microwave or mini fridge as shown in the pictures, the rooms were old and dirty, no vacuuming had been done it looked like all month but definitely not before we checked in. There were cigarette burn holes all over the blanket. You could hear the rooms next door opening and closing their doors all night and every time they did it sounded like someone was trying to break into our room and the wall and door would actually shake. If I was not evacuating from a hurricane with 3 cats and a dog I never would have stayed there and I will NEVER stay there again. Nowhere near worth what they’re charging!

We were glad to find a place to get away from Hurricane Helene. The bed was good and the TV was state of the art. However - there was no phone, no clock, no coffee maker, and I had to go to the lobby for towels. The room was not real dirty, but it was not real clean; I could put up with this because we only stayed two nights. I wouldn't want to stay here for any length of time. Staff was very nice. I

The exterior door was missing a door knob and had the hole in its place, so anyone could look or reach in. There were exposed wires coming out of the walls. Most of the furniture was damaged and the walls and doors had chunks missing. There were bugs in the toilet. The owner refused to issue a refund.

I do not recommend it to anyone. It should not be on the hotel list. This place is very disgusting.

I din't get to stay because rear door latch was broken and dirty room hallway odor was terrible. I hope i can get my money back.

It was gross beds not changed literal blood on sheet roaches spider webs that are days if not weeks old paid for a double bed then got there n was charged an additional free for the second room staff was terribly rude and unprofessionaand they won’t refund us don’t stay here

The place was extremely nasty. There were rats and roaches. No towels, telephone, and the bedding was dirty

Gave me a room that was already occupied. Second room was filthy. Windows broken . Not a safe location

My check-in was okay. They didn’t have a cart, so the clerk helped me carry my luggage in. When I asked for a bathmat and some pillows, she got them for me. She was very friendly and extremely helpful.

The hotel smelled like mold and mildew. There was water damage in the room, no towels in the room, when we asked about towels they caught an attitude with us and couldn't provide 4 towels for the 4 people staying in the room.

Horrible muy sucio con mal olor todo antigienico

Very run down. Dirty sheets. Dirty floor. Weird smell.
