Hotel Indigo BALTIMORE DOWNTOWN, an IHG Hotel

Very quiet rooms, great for a quick business trip

The hotel location was great for repeated trips back and forth to Mercy hospital. Room location was great on first floor near lobby since my wife has limited mobility with legs. There were a few simple common amenities missing that would have made the room more favorable: An extra chair other than just a desk chair. The TV had very limited channel access. Bathroom had no hooks anywhere to hang towels or clothes. Limited number of hangers in closet and no drawers for clothes. Lobby and restaurant area were cold due to close proximity to the entrance and constant door opening. Two Computers available for guests had errors, so were not working and there was no one at night on staff to get them up and running so we could not print out our flight boarding passes. All staff members we interacted with were always very pleasant, respectful, and helpful.

Didn’t know they had an airport to hotel options. The uber there and back to the airport is expensive and that service definitely should be more known. Overall was a good stay

The assistant manager was very kind and hospitable.

The hotel its self and employees were very nice and kind, parking wasn’t a nightmare either and just about ever you could want is with in walking distance. The food and drink however at the poets restaurant were overpriced for the quality and the bartender lied to us about the brands of alcohol, clearly they put cheap liquor back into expensive bottles. Very subpar on the restaurant. Overall I’d say a 4 out of 5.

Pretty nice hotel I would definitely stay again

The hotel was so dog friendly. We even had water bowls and Milk Bone treats at the front for the dogs. The restaurant was so great and convenient. The staff was really helpful.

We drove in and had gotten the "$30 parking deal". Turns out it costs $30 to park in the public garage across the street, so paying the hotel $30 isn't really a "deal". The real problem is that we had to pay to get out of the unmanned parking garage - there's nowhere to submit your "validated" parking ticket. So we paid the hotel $30 to park and then we paid again to get out of the garage. Very frustrating situation all around. Not sure why the hotel is involved in this at all - it's a public garage across the street.

Staff was super friendly thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The room was superb. Parking was a bit pricey, but would definitely recommend for future stays.

Everything was wonderful, the decorations for Christmas were so pretty. Kim was so very helpful. We will stay here again on our next visit to Baltimore!

The staff - valet/doorman, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, ALL OF THEM - we warm, friendly, and welcoming! The food in Poets (restaurant and bar) was great. Bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower was roomy and had great water pressure and quick hot water. The room had a couple of minor maintenance issues - the deadbolt didn’t work and the cabinet door in front of the mini fridge didn’t close properly. We would absolutely stay here again!

The valets and staff were wonderful!

Unfortunately, the heating system in my room was not functioning properly throughout my stay. Despite my efforts to address this, I contacted the front desk for assistance, and while the staff member was polite and responsive, the situation remained unresolved. She sent a bellhop to assist, as the engineer never came. Unfortunately, the bellhop was unfamiliar with how to operate the new system, and the front desk later informed me that staff had not been trained on it either. The only solution offered was an extra blanket, which did little to alleviate the discomfort.
