I loved the decor, very modern. Everything was amazing EXCEPT one thing. The barking dogs left behind by there owner. Not the hotels fault but please make a note of this when booking. It happened all 3 days we were there. Im still very satisfied never the less. I will book again in the future.

The picture of this place is from the road …you can’t cross the road to get to the beach …you have to drive to the beach..$75 extra undisclosed per fee…coffee in the lobby for a fee…complaints greeted by telling me not to trust Hotels.com

We booked this location while running from Hurricane Helene's path just East of Orange Beach. The staff was very nice and saw that I had booked a room that slept a larger family and I was just traveling with my son. She offered me a luxury suite with a king bed and sofa sleeper but lots of room and a beautiful beachfront patio. It was great. The indoor pool was great as well - the outdoor pool was a little too cool for the season, but lovely as well. The exercise room was clean and everything well maintained. The only think lacking was no microwave in the rooms, but they had one in the lobby area. I would definitely stay again.

This was my family's second stay at Hotel Indigo, and while we sincerely enjoyed our first stay, we were even more impressed this one. As a family who enjoys traveling, I have noticed that we sometimes have been disappointed when returning to properties we previously enjoyed and find the entire experience just lackluster compared to our first visit. The exact opposite happened at Hotel Indigo Orange Beach. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The one bedroom suite with bunk beds that we rented was a phenomenal space. It was spacious and clean, and we had everything we needed, including extra pillows, without having to ask for it. The bathroom and shower was huge. The hotel's toiletry products were wonderful and in full-sized bottles with a tamper-resistant system. Loved that they had liquid, instead of bar, hand soap for the bathroom. The hotel has postcards for kids to send to family and friends, and they even stamp and mail them for the kids. Hotel is extremely dog friendly with a water bowl, treat station and tennis ball basket out for guests. While breakfast is not automatically included with the room, it was PHENOMENAL! Hunter's Bend bar area runs a condensed menu of the coffee shop next door, and the food was excellent and typical beach pricing. Hotel includes indoor and outdoor pools with great seating around both and towels provided. Our stay was quite simply perfect, and we hope to visit again soon. Located on the line of Orange Beach/Gulf Shores.

Julie and her staff did such an amazing and caring job on our stay! She managed our reservation and was in contact with us our entire stay! From recommending reputable places to eat and go, she seemed always available. The suites are gorgeous! As a designer, I fully appreciated the aesthetic details. All in all, I will be back- thinking this is the perfect hotel for visits with my aging parents and their dog, Elsie, due to the pet friendly vibe!! Love it!
