Excellent location for ASU access and Tempe. Friendly staff, comfy lobby, clean rooms.

Breakfast not as shown in pictures..Very limited option but better than nothing. No waffle maker nor oatmeal. Didn’t know you have to request maid service at front desk even tho we hung the make up room sign on door. Nice clean little hotel in safe area . Would stay there again.

This was one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile. Be careful, though! The beds are VERY comfy, so try not to sleep in too much! They had a great coffee machine in the lobby and a wide variety of tea as well. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I only wish they had more than one entrance / exit so I could sneak out the side more easily to and from my room. But overall, a great stay!

Only pro is that the beds are comfortable. The rooms are scented with a strong scent. Not pleasant. The water comes super slow in the shower. Also at night there is no hot water. Only warm. The towels and sheets truly smell like they haven’t been washed with either chlorine or soap. Like if they were air dried by the sun and air. That smell they had. They only had complementary coffee for guests. At $120 plus taxes, you would think you access to some amenities. The only reason i wouldn’t come back is because of the strong smell/scent they use to scent the room.

The room wasn't bad at all I had no high expectation but it was comfortable. The area is also a good location for restaurants, gyms and shops so that was a big plus as well.

Staff are always so friendly and rooms are scent-free.

What I like about this property is that it was very close to the airport. There were a variety of things for you to do and explore. What I did not like about the property is that there was a lot of renovation going on which I know you can’t help that but it was way too noisy. I came on a Thursday and left out on a Monday. Between all those days, the only time my room was clean was the first day when I checked into the hotel after that my room was never cleaned. I made sure to do a whole lot of activities during the day due to. I know when it comes to housekeeping that it does take a good bit to clean and change the sheets in the room, my room was never touched., I really wish they could have two nighttime people on staff due to me, calling regarding blankets and wash rags. The man said that he will bring(I called around 9:30 10:00 PM.) I never received them the next morning around 6 AM. I called to confirm about the washcloths and blankets, he stated that he was the only one on Night Shift and that if I needed them, I will have to come down to retrieve my item. I told him that I had known that last night, I would’ve came downstairs instead of waiting because you told me on the phone that they will be brought up. During the night around 1 AM there were loudness noise in the hallway as if somebody was walking back-and-forth heavily.. the only thing that was nice was the staff that I met when I checked in and when I checked out, the young lady was absolutely amazing.

The room did not look very nice. All of the hardware on the drawers were crooked and loose. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. It is on a very busy street and we could hear traffic all night. In the morning we went down to have breakfast and there was only 2 slices of bread and 5 bagels out and no fruits or mellons. The coffee in the room was disgusting. They advertised a beer garden, it was not open, due to some remodeling they were doing in the lobby. Over all not the greatest place to stay
