Hotel was clean, overall staff was friendly and attentive. On the other hand something’s in the room were not up to par. Nowhere to hang towels and toilet paper. Very bright light in front of window made it difficult to sleep because the curtain could not be properly closed, very uncomfortable chairs, though the bed was comfortable.

The property is undergoing renovations and things were missing in our room, such as a bedside table lamp. Other accessories in our room were dusty, even the towels. The hall floors were dirty and unkempt. The online pictures are deceiving as the rooms display the "finished" product, but that is not what they look like right now. Management will not refund or do anything.

The first room we were put in had an old smell and it had an adjoining door (which I do not like unless I request it) and the Tv only had 1 channel, I voiced my concerns and they moved us to a much nicer room, very friendly and helpful staff, I would go back

I reserved 3 rooms. I assigned different names for each room. One of the guests could not make it until much later. They would not release the room without him being present and showing ID. Absurd! Manager wouldn't budge. There were 2 guests in that room, so the guest present didn't have his room! I have never had such ridiculous, non-sensical experience. I couldn't get the room I reserved and I paid for!!! Also, dirty (under renovation and it shows), broken headboard, power plugs not working, and one of the worse breakfasts I have had (how much can one dilute juices and still label them juices? Really?)

We arrived at the hotel to find that the property was under construction that I was unaware of . There was no shuttle bus as listed . The room had a very weird smell in the beds headboard and foot boards are covered in stains. The headboards aren’t even attached to anything so the headboard was leaning on the bed . We ordered pizza and someone stole my order as the front desk lady knew who had my pizza because she watched the lady take it . There was loud music playing in the hall way and one lady dance with very little clothes on .

This property shows a bit of wear and tear that makes it feel a little grimy in places. They are working on it and it is apparent that at one time it was quite swanky. The location is great for attending events at any of the Houston stadiums so that’s a big plus and they have free parking.

The decor was interesting however the cleanliness needs to be improved. The bathroom tub had a draining problem and the linens and floors needed to be cleaned. I will not stay there again due to the lack of sanitary attention
