No hand soap, remote for tv didn’t work. The fence was broken making it insecure. The picture of the hotel outside is not what it actually looks like. The pictures are very deceiving. The place is a very sketchy place and doesn’t feel very safe.

A 1 night stay. No soap, very poor tv reception that kept stalling and shutting off with sound not insinc with voices. Would not use the tub. Bed comfortable.

This is a low income housing complex that doubles as a hotel for the empty rooms they have. Bathroom was not clean and room had an odor. Beds were clean and comfortable. Worst part is all the people hanging in the parking lot and the immense about of weed aroma surrounding the property. Wife did not fee safe

Dirty, bad service, the rooms has cockroaches, there was no breakfast contrary to advertised, smells like cigarettes. It was very uncomfortable

Upon arrival property was easy to park in and room was spacious, clean and neat. Staff worker we addressed or talked to were nice and polite. Facility (outside) is a little ran down like must things in Florida due to humidity levels, the exterior halls, stairs and walls can use a renovation to make them look more modern. Service wise, for a similar rating hotel we sort of missed a couple of details here and there; room had no hangers at all for our clothes. Room had no garbage baskets anywhere (bathroom and next to microwave), so we had to put garbage on plastic bags and take them out regularly. Pool section was great, complementary breakfast very decent but I wished the Pool Bar was opened for business. It was closed and cluttered, a business big miss if you ask me. It could have been opened with that nice tap beer section opened for a price and with music. It would have elevated this hotel level from 3 to maybe 4 stars.

I hate the tv there the fridge never works it’s just there to be there.. I travel so I want to crash for the first night or two but really can’t relax as I want with the banging on the walls early morning from the workers but aside of all that it was a good stay

They had 3 towels in the room for 4 people and when we asked for more towels the desk clerk said they didn’t have any. HUH? No towels in a motel? Just then another employee came through with more towels. It is a decent, no frills place to stay for 1 night but somewhat overpriced. Check out clerk was pleasant and process was easy.
