We were on the 17th floor and the traffic noise sounded like we were on the ground floor with the windows open, and we could hear every sound in the hallway and adjoining rooms. The shower was disappointing, just a standard bathtub like you would expect in a much cheaper hotel. Was very clean, and close to everything. It was really cold when we were there, but in better weather it’s a very walkable area.

The hotel was nice, good area but terrible regarding valet parking. There was only one attendant so he was gone, parking another car, when we got there and so it was a huge pain to have to call the front desk and wait for the manager, who had no key to give us a ticket. Honestly, terrible. And they also “upgraded” us to a deluxe room but it only has one bed, even though I purposely booked a room with two. Disappointing.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. First time was great but this time wasn’t as great. I had booked a suite and it wasn’t available the first night due to construction, which was fine since the hotel did waive the fees until I was able to move into the suite the next night. However, when we had the air turned on the room smelled terribly of marijuana. Not sure if it was from another room or where it came from, but for my stay we did have to keep the air off. It also was extremely dry in the room and every surface kept shocking myself and the other guests in the room. My biggest upset was the overwhelming smell of marijuana, since one of the guests staying in the room does have an allergy to marijuana and it was unsafe for them.

The hotel room and the hotel themselves were nice! When we checked in the lady told us there was renovating going on. The saws and the Hammers started before 8:00 a.m. and she should not have put us in a room that was close to the renovation! That was ridiculous! It was so loud we could not sleep. Also, the parking is horrible! It's outrageously expensive in the nearest place to park is also expensive at $60 for one night!

Great location, nice warm pool and hot tub. However, upon arrival, they overbooked the suites and told us they did not have a room for us and we had to fight for a studio in place of So beware when booking!!!
