Everyone was very nice with the with the exception of the lady that was working the front desk very early in the morning the morning we left. She saw us , looked up at us and never said hello, good morning, anything at all. Kind is disappointing, everyone else we came in contact with was very nice !

Room was clean and quiet. Walkin shower was easy and accessible. Water pressure was strong dare I say perfect. Bed was comfortable and front desk was friendly and helpful. Only thing i would change is having a microwave to heat up food but didn't take away from the overall experience. Would definitely recommend. Thank You!

The hotel was amazing! Very clean. Friendly staff. Only downside is there is nowhere to go within walking distance for food or store. Otherwise GREAT hotel!

The water from the bathroom sink smelled like sewer water so I had to use the bottled water which I was charged for. The hot tub looked cloudy.

I was very disappointed to find out when we got there that the free breakfast that’s included with the room wasn’t happening the next day? Also because it was New Years all the restaurants/bars were closed in the hotel. I’m sorry but those things were a big part of the reason we chose that hotel. We had our day planned out and we chose to be a little farther from Great America instead of right by it because we thought we would have the breakfast and option to go to the restaurant. This type of thing should definitely be known before booking because when we booked it said these things would be available. Pretty disappointing. We tried to make the most out of it but the living room pull out bed was genuinely like sleeping on a board and I had horrible back pain the whole next day. I was really excited for this stay and for such a nice place, it wasn’t great.
