Great rooms with comfortable seating space. Wall of windows make the room feel very open. Large comfortable bed with nice linens. Room and bathroom were very clean. Great value.

The worst part of my stay was that you have to run the shower water for about 10 minutes before you could get in to make the water hot. Also the housekeeping did not change my sheets. They just fixed the bed. I had to call the front desk twice to request sheets. Other than that, I really enjoyed the Panoramic room

Pluses: great location, nice, affordable room, nice enough finishes.
Less plus: no light when entering the room, everything was clean enough and nice enough, but definitely not 5 star sparkling. Great value for the price—$120/night for king panorama at Christmas!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms are a nice size. Bath room was not very clean, took 5 minutes to get hot water, tub paint is peeling, room smelled musty, and bathroom had mold on ceiling, and highway noise easy to hear. Tv reception (satellite?) Was terrible and it kept breaking up. I expect more from Hyatt. And their saving grace are the filks that work there.

Clean. Our room was on 7th fl overlooking highway I-88. TV should offer naturescape channel or app with white noise option and no screen to use as sound machine. Traffic noise woke us at 4am. Used Golf Channel to block noise. Covered tv with towels.

Reservation was made through “Hotels.com” and gave an agreeable price which said “All taxes and fees included” well apparently not as I had to pay a $100 security deposit upon check in.
Then found chair in room 717 broken when friend leaned back in it. Immediately called front desk to report. Bed on left side of room had support arms sticking out 3-4 inches. Toilet was made for small people. Only one small garbage can in room near toilet and one wash cloth in room. DO BETTER!

This property is sadly just old and in dire need of an update and renovation. The carpet in my room was threadbare in spots, the bed linens had what looked like mothball holes all over it and the outlets were full of rust. There was no soap left for the sink, so I had to use body wash from the shower to wash my hands. The ice machine on the 12th floor was out of service. The heat level in the workout room was too high and the thermostat to adjust it was under lock and key. The elevator had the floor level blinking, making me wonder if it was going to remain in service, and I only saw one elevator ever in operation. You have to pay $18 for a breakfast that is free everywhere else and it also doesn’t help when you are given a room on the side of the interstate. The loud traffic never ceased all night.
I’ve stayed here before and it used to be a decent place to stay but I won’t be back. There are too many other options in the area for around the same price. The staff are very kind….they are doing the best they can with what they have to work with in a hotel. It’s not enough. Time to either close this place or renovate.
