The rooms were really big and the location was good to enjoy the area. The beach was a 4 minute walk across the street. Good staff and above average hotel gym

Great place to stay with nice facilities! Stan at front desk is the best person to deal with. Our family with 2 small kids, really enjoyed the stay and the facilities. Staying close to the 6th floor helped get in and out faster. Only thing would be that I wish the basketball net was fixed so that it was straight.

The 3BR unit was spacious, that was our only positive. The only food option is the pool bar, with limited hours. The added resort fees and valet parking cost makes this resort a costly stay with really no bang for your buck. Wait times for elevators and to get your vehicle are long. Lastly, the customer service was poor. We reserved a time for tennis and were told to stop down at the front desk before our allotted time. Once there, my husband and I realized that we left our photo ID in our room, therefore the front desk receptionist told us we had to go all the way back up to get our ID and come back down. When my husband said he had our room key along and can show that to prove we are guests, she replied with “well I have room keys too”. Instead of being understanding and verifying our name matching the reservation, she thought it was hilarious to be smug and sarcastic. Please don’t be fooled, if you are looking for a 4-5 star experience, this is not it.

I only have 2 complaints: 1) we were only given 1 wash cloth per person, at least 2 would have cut down on laundering. 2) the spa was never open, we stopped by one day & were very rudely told if the door is closed we couldn’t enter. We got services at heed spa

The room (condo) was very spacious. We really liked the views from our balcony. However, the unit was not the cleanest and there was no hot water on the showers. Thats fine if a person is on a camping trip. The deal breaker for us was the extremely long wait for elevators and the over crowding.

We had a great stay! Loved the unit. 2 bdr space was clean, spacious and close to the beach. The kids had a tough time booking the bball court. The 2 pools were great but weather wasn’t super cooperative. Loved the chair service on the beach too. Staff were great to deal with especially Paola at the front desk! The biggest complaint is the elevator that seems to be a common complaint. These elevators need to be reprogrammed so they run better. Check in and check out times are the worst! Waited a VERY long time to get an elevator with cart for check out. Would I stay here again? Yes, but if elevators function better.
