Always a great stay, 3rd time for us

Before our stay, we received an email and text explaining that check-in would be at a different “sister” hotel, not the property itself. When we arrived at the designated check-in location, there was a long line of guests from multiple hotels (this location handles check-in for four different properties), and only one employee was working. The check-in process was slow, disorganized, and frustrating—it could have been managed much better. The room itself was disappointing. It was older than we anticipated and had a persistent musty smell. The heating unit was awkwardly placed under a desk, making it difficult to access and posing a fire hazard due to the wooden leather chair blocking it. There were no extra towels, washcloths, or toilet paper in the room, and since there’s no on-site staff, we had no way to request these items. The microwave was unusable because the glass plate didn’t fit properly. Additionally, the sliding door only had a sheer privacy curtain that didn’t fully block the view from outside, leaving us exposed and allowing bright outdoor lights to shine into the room at night. The one positive aspect was the location—it’s right by the ocean with a beautiful view. However, the issues with the room and the overall lack of care for the property overshadowed this. This hotel has potential, but it desperately needs major improvements to meet even basic standards for comfort and convenience. We wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great stay with a beautiful view right on the beach. 2nd time staying here and we had a comfortable stay both times.

Wonderful large room. A Small refrigerator that also had a freezer was an added bonus. Nice gas fireplace and large tv with many viewing options. Amazingly comfortable bed and pillows. Property is on the quiet north end of Seaside. A great stay!

Delightful room. Very clean and cozy. Only issue is thin walls and inconsiderate neighbors.

The room was great however the box springs on the newer memory foam queen bed in the bedroom is extremely loud and squeaky could use it for that reason.

It was right on the boardwalk, was clean. The bed was a little too soft but I will do it again

We planned a multigenerational girls trip with the family. It was a great stay for my mom’s 70th birthday. Even the teens had fun. Accommodations were spacious and we had plenty of room for everyone. It was a bit stormy but we enjoyed the fireplace as we watched a movie. Very clean with nice decor!

We booked this stay at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised at how lovely the property was. Very clean, quiet and convenient to the beach and other amenities!

I liked it was so quiet, beach access and ocean view.

We were a little nervous at first but once we got into the room it was great. The beds were comfortable and clean. The view was awesome and we are happy with our stay.
