Shower was dirty with hair all over it. Was told I would receive a refund for one night and it would be cleaned as soon as possible. It was still never cleaned. Very gross and disappointing that they can’t clean the shower. We also found a child’s sock in our room and don’t have small children!!

We could hear right through the bathroom wall into neighbors room, and on the other side of us was housekeeping and they spoke loudly in Spanish, played Spanish music, all morning long. So much for sleeping in! Top floor room.

Amazing experience. The property location was great walking distance to so many restaurants and activities. The best part was the rooftop NYE fireworks watch party. We had the best view in bayside. The best part was the beds wow I did not want to leave that bed it was so comfy and soft. The sauna and spa was gorgeous. The pool is nice, a bit small. Overall amazing experience already booked for 4th of July.

I haven’t been to this location in over 20 years. I am still amazed that it is a very elegant site. I am grateful to revisit and find the upgrades have kept this hotel current.
