Staying at Kauai Beach Villas allowed use of Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort and Spa amenities. Allowed for a complete resort experience while having the condo feel with full kitchen and laundry. Amazing.

Nice place by the beach

This was my first visit to this property (and Kauai) for a solo business trip, the property is adjacent to the Outrigger which is where the resorts amenities are located, the Beach Villas share their amenities. I had a corner room with a balcony very close to the Outrigger so that was very convenient. The Villas have a special each day where you can get ice cream or whatever special they have for the day, this is nice for families. The property is a bit tired but it worked very well for me, my room was large (bedroom, full kitchen, laundry and living room) and very comfortable. I had an issue getting online, after a few faulty calls to the front desk the gal there gave me a call back on my cell (very nice of her) and it was resolved quickly. The property was nice and quiet, parking was easy and a secure lot. There is an amazing golf course (Wailua) less than a mile away and shops, restaurants and other things to do within a short drive. It was a great stay, there was a small Christmas luau in the restaurant at the Outrigger that was enjoyable, I would stay here again.

Love the villas

The villa unit we were placed in is falling apart and in need of major renovations. The windows, bathroom, carpet etc. are way beyond its life and still being used as normal. Location is great right on the ocean. Surrounding is also pleasant. But, only because of the falling apart condition of the unit, we will not recommend it for vacation.

Quiet, I like it.

Upon arrival I was a bit confused by the Outrigger and Kauai Villas as they sit side by side. Counter staff was friendly and welcoming. Good to see that we could use the Outrigger's three pools and restaurant but unknown why we couldn't use their gym. Arriving to the room, the view out the sliding window was breathtaking; direct view of ocean waves crashing; it was phenomenal. The room itself looked to be a timeshare that was converted into a vacation villa. Furniture was a bit outdated like other reviewers said but it was furnished and had everything we needed to live there; IE Washer Dryer, Kitchen. We did find a hair or two in the towels, as if they were not washed and just rehung up. Best thing about having a washer and dryer. Parking was always steps away from the villa and it was very quiet. Walking to the beach every morning for exercise was fantastic! Then lounging by the pool until lunch time. Then off to explore a planned adventure. Only worry we really had is staying healthy and no slip accidents. There was a puddle leading to the Villa pool that had biofilm growth. Me and my wife almost slipped and died. Quite troubling. The restaurant next door had a fantastic fish wrap! I must say... All in all a great stay. We will definitely be back.

For a budget friendly price, it was a very spacious 2 bedroom/bathroom villa. The rooms are dated but totally fine. The only complaint was the master room in B16 did not cool and smelled mildewy. I ended up turning off that unit and blew a fan from the living down the hall to the bedroom. That worked ok. I did tell the desk about the AC issue. The grounds and access to the Outrigger pools and bars welas great. Very friendly staff. Would stay again.

We don't have to pay parking fee and the supplies/ appliances/ utensils in kitchen & room were adequate and in good conditions.

Check in was smooth, free easy parking. Near airport and convenient location to access either side of the island.

I stayed at this place because it had Wyndham in the title, and I was booked for the Wyndham property in Princeville already. Well, this one isn't actually a Wyndham property. It's just managed by Wyndham. That said, if one doesn't expect the same quality for 2/3's the price, then one won't be disappointed. The property is respectable, crawling distance to the beach, and has the lullaby sound of ocean waves always in tune. The unit was clean, and had everything normal people need (there was no waffle iron, darn it)! I'd stay here again, knowing that I spend most of my time outside my unit anyway. I had an ocean view, in a clean, well-appointed, and comfortable unit, so I am happy with my decision. By the way, the resort fee gets visitors a wrist band that allows access to the adjacent complex, which has nice pools, jacuzzis, outdoor bars, etc. (The fitness ctr is nothing as nice as the Wyndham Bali Hai, but again, you get what you pay for.) I wanted to spend my last couple of days near the airport, for departure ease, and that's how I ended up here.

I liked that this property was in the middle of everything. From this location it didn’t take long to get from one side of the island or the other side. Beds were super comfortable. Great workers with welcoming attitudes. Definitely will be back in the future.

Nice property!

The property is well maintained and has beautiful water fountains. Beach access with just a short walk. Access to the beautiful pools at the Kauai Beach Resort/Outrigger. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
